Review 7：The fact that they deducted not only my own bill, but that of my travelling companions as well, from my credit card WITHOUT consultation, two days into our 6 day stay. We had planned to pay with Euros from our Travelcard, which we had already paid a conversion rate and load cost through our Australian bank. Therefore, we were charged twice by my bank for the exchange rate through my credit card. In addition, I didn't like the lack of security of our room keys, which were left on hooks behind the reception desk, which was frequently unattended. On several occasions we had to help ourselves to our keys on return to the hotel. There was a back door, frequently left open, for outsiders to use, as well as the lobby doors.

Review 10：Bathroom is very nice. I had been there about 8 years ago and they have updated the bathrooms. Also liked the inside shutters plus the outside shutters on windows.
