Review 1：We started at this hotel based on the excellent reviews we'd seenand the fact that there was a pool for our young son to swim in. We werehowever, sorely disappointed. The location, a tired town outsideCagliari, is only convenient with a car, and as we didn't have one,we were stranded at the hotel. This would have been fine, if the hotelhad anything at all to offer, which it unfortunately does not. There isno separate restaurant, only tables in the reception area which are laidfor breakfast and dinner, and only a choice of 2 things each night,which need to be prebooked at 6 pm. The pool was freezing with missingtiles and the rooms are dated and unattractive. That said, it was veryclean, everything worked and the front of house is very nice. We justwon't be returning.

Review 2：Very kind and helpful english speaking staff. Tasty breakfast with delicious italian pastry and coffee. Nice swimming pool. 5-minute walk away from the beach. We had a very pleasant stay and won't mind coming back one day.

Review 3：Air conditioning was centrally controlled and despite asking for it to be turned on, it was ineffective. All rooms only have a sliding door to open, and couldn't be left open at night, so without proper air conditioning rooms were uncomfortable at night.

Review 5：The hotel shows as a 4 star but the quality is not equivalent to that (at least not in accordance with my experience). The breakfast is very limited in variety, only one person serving during meals (very short). Wifi was suppose to be available but it was impossible to connect in the rooms, only in the lobby. The swimming pool needs works ( a lot of loose ceramic in the pool floor. Our room had a big terrace (excellent for our dog) but without any shade, in summer time its impossible to use it. A small sun shade was provided after we asked (not enough). The hotel is very close to a refinery and some days we had a very bad smell during the day and night.

Review 12：They nickel and dime you for silly things which leaves an overall semi-sour taste in your mouth experience-wise. We had to pay 2 EUR a day extra for wifi (which only worked in the lobby, not in the rooms), and if we wanted fresh beach towels. The computer in the lobby was out of service the entire time we stayed (4 days - it shouldn't take that long to fix a computer!), and the air conditioning didn't work in our room the entire time despite them saying they were in the midst of fixing it (they couldn't relocate us to another room because they were at full capacity). As it was August and thus incredibly hot, despite us inquiring several times about when the air con would be fixed we were not offered anything - even a fan! - as an apology. Made for semi-sleepless nights

Review 14：Conditioner is central, one night it wasn't working, so it was hot and it was hard to hide from moskitos, which started appearing in a closed room from nowhere. :) And sometimes you need to remind few times about the coffee, that you still wait. :)

Review 19：Third visit and the hotel continues to offer excellent value for money, combined with polite, friendly staff who do all they can to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. This time we took half board and the evening meal had a good choice of starters and main courses, with the option of a fish course every evening. Desert came as standard in the price. Comfortable rooms and beds which are kept spotless with a daily maid service. Effective air con.

Review 20：1- The location was too far away which is not a problem but too difficult to reach. 2- the buffet: I thought, as I was in other big hotel before that the breakfast will be an open all you can eat buffet just like i had in other big chain of hotel. I had one of the staff telling me that i should not take everything and calm down on the buffet as there is other guest. I took a Junior suite and paid quite some money for it. i hope I could at least deserve to eat like i ate in other place on the morning. 3- the staff was sometime not that welcoming.

Review 39：If I could move the Hotel into Cagliari I would be in Heaven. There was not much to do in surrounding area. The bus service was a bit hit or miss, but we have been advised (by Carlo) that the local authorities are looking into this.

Review 57：We stayed at this hotel one night after flying into Caglieri on a November evening. It was a great value and we found the staff, room, and breakfast to be excellent. The grounds looked nice and the pool while not heated was operational. It was very convenient from the airport and easy to carryon with our travels. I would definitely recommend.

Review 58：Good and friendly reception. We were two houres early for check in andimidiatly a room was available in 15 minutes. During the waiting we gota welcome cocktail on the house. The room was clean and proper. The bedwas enormous and comfortable. There were enough closets for our clothes.A good base for exploring cagliary (15minutes by car) and the beaches ofPula and Chia (35 minutes nu car).

Review 59：The location isn't great as it's near the industrial areas of Cagliari, although they have done a good job disguising this once you're in the hotel. It's a good place to stay to explore the local area but you definitely need a car.

Location at first perhaps questionable comparing it with hotels further down towards Pula and Chia however excellent for going to Cagliari in the evening. Bonus is the beach at Maddalena across the hotel if you're a kite surfer with trade/thermal winds everyday for 10 - 12 m2 kites

Review 66：Had specifically requested non ground floor room but was given ground floor without a patio. Just 2 chairs outside that weren't even room specific so anyone could use them. Restaurant only open between 8 and 930pm and always fully booked. When you don't have a car that can be a problem to get to other restaurants in the evening. Area around hotel not very nice but caught local buses okay to other beaches

Also staff should try to replenishfood and bring clean cutlery faster as sometimes it is hard even to finda knife & fork.

Superpolite and knowledgeable staff that can give tips from own localexpertise on range of topics such as beach recommendations, trafficconditions, parking, restaurants, booking various activities, and evengetting to beach concert :-) If with car - hotel is a quiet and greenbase from which entire southern part of Sardinia from Costa Verde toCosta Rei can be reached in 1-2h drive. Despite being located next to a nature reserve, the views from the rooms rather indicate a highly industrialised area. If you are coming to the south-east coast to enjoy a beach holiday, rather prefer the area around Pula and Chia.

They could do with a better chef and catering manager. We tended to go across the road to the local supermarket and make our own lunch.

Review 78：Close to airport (15 minutes by car), close to Cagliari, a shopping centre is a neighbour, so finding cheap fresh or cooked food is not a problem. You can reach beach on foot in a few minutes, the beach is o.k. The Hotel is really clean and beautiful. This isnot ideal for a 3-star hotel.

Review 86：The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good withcereal, juice, coffee, milk, yoghurt, rolls, salami, luncheon, cheese,jams, fruit, eggs, croissants, cake. The grounds were very nice and thelocation of the hotel was quite good in terms of proximity to airportand southern beaches. There is a supermarket directly opposite thehotel, so making picnic lunches is easy. There are also severalrestaurants and pizzerias in the area that are very well-priced.
