Review 1：No dessert spoons. Only 2 teaspoons in a 4-person room. Not enough knives & forks. No bread & butter plates; only saucers.

Review 3：The room was tiny with two singles and a double all squeezed next to one another with almost no room to walk between them. Kitchenette was a microwave and kettle awkwardly positioned in a small separate sink area. Just too small for our family of four and dog.

Review 6：As it was a dog friendly, inexpensive motel, i thought it would merely be a uncomfortable place to lay our head at the end of the day whilst on holidays although it ended up being an exceptionally clean, big and welcoming room that suited my husband, large dog, 10 week old baby and i very well.
Review 7：Pleasant surrounds, off street parking, Breakfast arrived a few minutes ahead of time which was great. Shower was fantastic plenty of hot water and towels.

Review 11：Very light at night with the light outside but that is like many motel rooms. Maybe just heavier curtains needed, but that was a minor problem. Constructive comment for owner.. an extra power point in the microwave area would be helpful.

Review 17：I am extremely unhappy about the extra charge we received from booking.com. We 'reserved' the room as a halfway stop on our holiday. Ref #470.171.250. We were charged $132 from your website there and on the return $98 for the exact same room. The owner said it is your company that charged for booking- even tho your website says that you "do not charge for bookings". This is an extra charge of $35 for your 'services'. You didn't even make an actual booking- just a reservation. How is this fair? Furthermore, I tried to ring to complain on 27th September and was left on hold for more than 15 minutes before giving up. Disgraceful customer service and complete ripoff. Does they ACCC know about you?? They will now.

Review 19：We had a family room, myself, my 3 adult daughters and 2 baby grandsons. We took our own portable cots and fitted in quite nicely. The motel is very basic and rather worn around the edges but it was clean and comfortable and quiet even though it is on the main road. Location is great and we would stay there again. Having a microwave was a bonus for heating the baby bottles.

Review 25：The free wifi only works at the office. To use the wifi we had to sit on a picnic table out in the cold dark with a only a motion sensor light that kept turning off when we sit down and it is 50 meters from the room. no routers down the hill where the rooms are.

Review 41：I just feel that the bathroom was really small. It was awkward to get in and out of the shower as the shower door was to close to the bathroom door. The applicances where very out dated and 2 lights didnt work. Oh and there was only 1 knive 1 fork and 1 spoon. Which i found abit odd as there was 2 of us.

Sticky stuff in bathroom, and no one in attendance at the office when I went back or in the morning (even though opening hours meant they should be there) I will not stay there again.

Review 65：The motel was chosen for an overnight stay on the way to Melbourne. Appearances can be decieving. Clearly, this is old stock. The interiors appear dated - however, the rooms are expansive - we had a dining area, room to sit, a small "kitchenette" - you do not get this type of room in more modern motels. Check-in was faultless, the room was squeaky clean and quiet, and central. Perfect for an overnighter but could stay longer at a very inexpensive price.
