Review 1：The rooms reeked of piss, there are plumbing problems. We had weird sewrage flys in the room. The kitchen lacked soap which absurd giving the fact that everything was clean. Pricy about everything from linen to wi fi.

Review 3：* you pay for towels linens and blankets although they are not always match the bed. * bedroom curtains could not be completely closed, wake with first light. * not enough electric sockets - in the master bedroom you have a nightstand but the only socket is placed behind the door on the other side of the room. I placed my phone in my shoe to avoid stepping on it by accident. * you cannot really cook in the kitchen, we painfully managed to cook a pot of rice on the double electric stove. Seemed like it wasn't built for more than an omelette. * You have to bring\buy everything with you, toilet paper, soap and cloth for the dishes (you are obligated to wash them before you leave but you do pay a hefty buck for cleaning after you leave). No store on the premise, you go to the nearest Simply (4km) to get provisions at a reasonable price, there is a store across the street that charges 2.5euro for the same bread you buy for 0.6 euro.... * There is a bidet in the bathroom but no trash can! the only trash in the apartment is under the sink. When you take the trash out to the central containers you see that you are expected to sort it to paper plastic and other - how exactly?????

Review 4：* The location. on the main road surrounding the lake. have a beach. * You can buy (and you should!) ticket to almost every attraction you want to go to in the reception and save a lot of time in the lines! we regret we didn't buy for the Montebaldo cable car - the line was a disaster.. *quiet
