Review 1：One evening a member of our group fell down the stairs on the way to the pool. She was not badly hurt, but when I told the older ( a bit arrogant) man at reception that the lights on the stairs were not working, he dismissed my observations in a rather offhand manner, said the lights were fine, without checking at all .I was not asking for any handouts, I just wanted to avoid another accident. I disliked being called a liar. The organization for room cleaning is adventurous to say the least. When you go out, you leave the key at reception.If you need to go back to the room for any reason, you cannot until the room has been cleaned and the key brought back to reception by housekeeping. If you forget your jacket, or your purse, that's just too bad, there is no master key!! To go the beach you need to take a shuttle...
Review 2：in general the staff were nice. Marcello the pool waiter was absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly beyond expectations. We also liked the lovely view from the balcony .

Review 4：The location of the hotel,the facilities, and a fabulous private beach with good restaurant and bar located in Tropea, a mini bus runs several times a day free from the hotel. The whole area is stunning. We had a fabulous holiday, and will definitely return.
