Review 1：Hotel access by stairs only but almost all of the hotels there are the same.
Review 2：Hotel owner Joseph is a very nice, kind and helpful person. The room is spacious and water is hot. The location is perfect to go around, especially to Monastery of St. Rita and also for the bus station to Spoleto/Rome.
