Review 1：The hotel does not offer a pick up shuttle from the airport to the hotel (only from the hotel to the airport - !?!?) It is not easy to find taxis from the airport to the hotel, you have to find taxis Fiumicino based (not Rome based) which are very few especially if you arrive after 21:00, not to mention that you have to walk A LOT looking for the place where they normally stay, it is also advisable to add the shuttles' fares to the room rate, something around 20 euros each way

Review 10：I had a single room and it sure was tiny. The second smallest room I've ever had in 40+ years of overseas travel. Also, it's a RIPOFF to pay 20 Euros before 6 a.m. and 15 Euros later for the shuttle to the airport which is 5 minutes away. But no choice.

And the room had an odd feature in that all the electricity shuts off when guests leave the room. That meant that my laptop, which I had left plugged in to charge, had almost no power the following morning when it was time to leave for the airport. On a very long flight, I couldn't use my laptop.

Review 49：We stayed twice. The first time we had a good sized room and a car space. The second time we stayed the room was more like a prison cell. There was hardly any room for suitcases the shower leaked, the TV had to be fixed and the safe wouldn't work properly. The lift is primitive and the parking was hazardous. There is no shuttle for pick up at the airport only for departure. The breakfast was cold and the cold dishes were warm.

Review 50：The first time we stayed the room was excellent with parking dacilities. The hotel is conveniently located and cheapish but it is in a grotty area of Fiumicino. There are good Aecond class eateries in the vicinity.

There is no hot water in the hotel, you have to get from a Chinese restaurant nearby. I am not sure if their manner is the same for all Italians, but my girlfriend and I really feel uncomfortable.

Review 79：The airport shuttle does not pick you up at the airport. It runs only from the Hotel. It is expensive (15 euro) for a collective service. I paid 7,30 euro a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It makes no sense that the shuttle costs twice a taxi. In addition, my shuttle was scheduled at 7:15, and it actually started at 7:30.

Review 80：It was difficult to find a cab at the airport that would accept an in-town fare, the all wanted customers going into Rome. We didn't know if we could get a shuttle or not. The hot water wasn't quite hot enough for me. Since the shuttle wasn't free and there were no amenities I wonder if the larger chain hotel across the street isn't a better bargain.

Review 82：I booked a triple room as the person I was travelling with is of theopposite sex and an acquainta. There were 2 beds.. I thought I wasgetting a suite. The host Fabio would not budge and I ended up payingthe whole price of 133 euros and my companion was allowed to rent asecond room for half the price.He charged us 20 euros for the taxibecause it was before 6 am and another 15 euros because the guy had topick us up from the airport where we had to return the car the previousevening.The elevator was a joke.

Review 84：It would be an exaggeration to use the word dislike, but being so close to Fiumuncino Airport meant that we were some distance from the centre of Rome. It took an hour each way on a very comfortable bus. Certainly not a problem for us, but some might find it an inconvenience. Noise from aircraft was not an issue.

Complained immediately and insisted on an upgrade and was amazingly shown to a much better room across the road. Shocking initial room...a transit hotel is supposed to ensure a comfortable and restful sojourn before boarding a long haul international flight. Check-in reception staff showed a lack of interest and an air of ambivalence.

The hotel shuttle transported us to a local restaurant which was good, and the breakfast was quite adequate.The positive things were overshadowed by the initial feeling of being duped and mislead. I would advise anyone to choose another transit hotel.

Which yes was a huge room however had no windows a tv that wasthe size of a small pizza box and we couldn't stand up. Review 119：I couldn't find their shuttle and I couldn't reach them using the phone number I had. They later told me I had dialed it wrong, but I reached every other Italian number I dialed with no problems. Their shuttle is not where the other shuttles are, so I ended up getting ripped off by someone who told me he was a taxi driver.

Review 120：When I finally got there, the area was nice - I could walk down some quiet streets to a grocery store and a really nice restaurant. Breakfast was very nice. Room was small but very comfortable and quiet and the air conditioner worked well.

Review 121：The cost for a mediocre room for four people (us and our two grand daughters) was $289.00, the location was far away from most of the restaurants, the desk clerk pushed the restaurant the hotel owns and was not helpful about suggesting other restaurants, the wifi didn't work in the room, the cost for the shuttle the next morning was $50 US and the airport was less than 10 minutes away and the shuttle driver didn't drop us off at the right terminal.

Review 127：1. Guest should NOT have to pay for hotel's shuttle. Had we known there would be an added expense of 65 euros we would have stayed at one of the hotels at the airport. 2. The Reserved room was for 4 adults, main bed was comfortable but sofa bed was small, uncomfortable and it had inclination on the foot area making a imposible to sleep in it. This room should not be charged as a room for 4 adults!
