Review 1：The wifi does not work - was told it didn't work because it rained in the morning!?, no hot water for the shower - was told when we checked out that you have to go to the front desk and order the hot water 20 minutes before you want to use it!?, and the staff, knowing we had to walk, directed us to a restaurant that was 1.5 km down a dark street with no sidewalks that was closed on Sunday's! A bad experience.

Review 3：No elevator so we had to lug heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs, air conditioning didn't work so the room was still kind of hot even with windows open.

Review 4：I chose this hotel for the close proximity to Lamezia Terme airport. It is very close, only a 5 minute drive away (either a €1,5 bus ride or €10 cab ride). It was very new and modern, recently updated in 2012 with plentiful outlets (some of the older hotels we stayed in only had one for the whole room) and beautiful decor. We had a very early flight, and the staff was so nice as to have breakfast ready for us at 5:30 am when normally it does not start until 7:30. Breakfast was also delicious with capuccino, pastries, toast, jam, yogurt,fruit and fruit juice.

Review 10：A rather grumpy fellow at the front desk when we arrived, who was completely blank at the notion we had a reservation. I had to put my Booking.com receipt in front of him to get a response. The bathroom lacked a few amenities like a full roll of toilet paper, and tissues. Minimal towels.

Review 11：Clean, well appointed room with excellent bed. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, near the excellent Mary's Pub. We stayed in Lamezia over night on our way to other destinations in Calabria.

Review 14：It was off season and the hotel seemed to be minimally staffed. The advertised free wifi caused problems and the staff did not seem, at least originally, keen on helping out. Needed an Italian phone number in order to use the wifi. Eventually they used their personal phones to get codes for us to use but was a problem. Breakfast was skimpy - again, off season and we could have been the only room occupied but breakfast included dry crossiants and a chocolate cake and a cup of coffee - if you could find the guy.

Review 15：The room was clean and comfortable. Close to the train station and airport- though I got ripped off getting a cab to the airport to pick up a rental car. Booked a car in advance at the airport only to find two rental agencies across the street from the hotel!

Review 19：It's a good small hotel to stay for a night while traveling. The hotel located just 2.7km (like half hour walking or 5min+10euro by taxi, or same 5min+1euro by bus in daytime) from airport in front of railway and bus station. There are some pubs/bars very close to the hotel.

Review 20：Lovely welcome with bowl of fruit, small bottle of wine to greet us inour room. Unusual to find such a hotel with bathrobes, slippers, shampooetc . Hosts were charming and helpful. The room newly decorated insimple but attractive style. Great breakfast. To top it off, hotel rightby the train and bus station Very handy for airport connections and agreat start for onward journeys to Southern Italy. Highly recommended.

Review 21：The a/c was broken and rooms were stuffy. Hotel agreed on giving adiscount however we had booked on booking.com so they said they wereunable to change price. Had we booked through them they could havediscounted... Our room window was facing a bar that was having an allnight party. Music and yelling until 3:30, not sure if this is a regularoccurance or was just cause it was a sat night. I suggest you requestwindow facing front of hotel. I believe they are the superior room whichcome with bath robes and wine and fruit for the same price.(at least onbooking.com it was same $)
