Review 1：Breakfast was OK, but very heavy on desserts. Would have liked more yoghurt and fruits.

Review 2：It's right across the street from the basilica of Saint Francis, which is why most people are in Assisi in the first place. They have very quiet rooms. Roof deck has great views of the area.

Review 3：Notel located in front of Basilica San francesco. So it was easy to find and good to see around the city. Really clean and staffs are kind. I enjoyed to stay in this hotel.

Review 6：Our room, had a bad water infestation problem which resulted in mold running down the wall under the wallpaper. When we advised the front desk before we checked out, they seemed very concerned and promised to check it out. Also, the parking is about a quarter mile walk - uphill. You can load/unload your car in front of the hotel. Also, we couldn't get the log in screen for the wi-fi until the next morning when we were in the bar next door (this is not uncommon in Italy).

Review 11：The wifi is not stable. Need to log in with user name and password on a webpage every time after you disconnected. If you arrive by train with suitcase, better to take a taxi. It was about 500m from the bus stop and the slope was killing us :-)

Review 14：Possibly the best experience ever. The hotel is facing the Church of Saint Francesco and offers a magnificient view from the balcony. The facility is very new with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed.

Review 31：It's a nice little walk up up hill from the bus stop. However, everything in Assisi is up hill. This hotel is right across the courtyard from the church. My wife is devoted to St. Francis, she is a secular Franciscan. I like him also.

Review 32：We were initially offered rooms on the 4th floor and as I dont use lifts this was unacceptable, however we were then offered rooms on the first floor and they were fine. Strangely one of our rooms did not have a window.

Review 90：Restaurants on the ground floors of every house on the street make noise through the whole day to a late evening. Have ear-plugs if you are sensitive to such things.
