Review 1：No bad experience but it would be nice to have the opportunity to have a tea / coffee facility in the reception area for those like ourselves that had to transfer to the airport early in the morning as the price was for bed and breakfast. The transfer to the airport can be costly if travelling as a family (could be cheaper to get a taxi)

Review 8：The worst problem was to reach the hotel from the Rome airport.They did not respod to calls top the number you gave. Taxi asked me for 48 euros to get there, a 4-5 kilometers distance.Moreover, another tenant paid 90 euros for a taxi! Actually there exists a bus coming close to the hotel for 1.4 euro but nobody let us know. Then they have a shuttle to bring us back to the airport, and took 15 euros per person.

Review 10：For a three star facility it is expensive and the amenities are not up to standard. The lift doesn't work and is of a primitive kind. You have to keep the button pressed continuously for it to work. As it does not work often we had to carry the baggage and bring it down to and from the 1st floor ourselves.

Review 12：Although it is less than 4 km from the airport there is no shuttle from there to the hotel and you are left to the mercy of the taxi drivers (and you get to know this only when you are at the airport). The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is enormously expensive for such a short distance and the prices for it are arbitrary and hard to justify. All in all the travel airport-hotel-airport costs a real fortune, far more than a low-cost airplane ticket. In addition hot water in the bathroom comes and goes randomly and taking a shower is a real challenge.

Review 17：This hotel isn't a 4 star one. The staff was not helpful...maybe a bit rude. The heating sistem in our room doesn't work and they say to us that outside are 16 degrees, and 18 in our room are enough. We asked a packed breakfast because we leaving the hotel at 6 am, but they say that isn't possible. The restaurant next door is very bad with not delicious food . The wifi signal is poor.

They didn't meet what they announce onthe website (wifi in all rooms) and when we complained, the receptionistand the manager had bad attitudes, and didn't give us reliableexplanations.THE RECEPTIONIST GAVE US A DIFFERENT ROOM- BIGGER-THAN THE ONE WE HAD RESERVED, BUT DIDN'T SAY THE WIFI DIDN'T WORK THERE. THE BIGGER ROOM WAS NOT TO COMPENSATE ANYTHING, IT WAS JUST BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER AVAILABLE. LATER , WHEN I REALISED THE PROBLEM AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM, SHE SAID THEY WERE TOTALLY BOOKED,AND AT FIRST SAID THAT THE WIFI SOMETIMES WORKED AND SOMETIME DIDN'T IN THAT ROOM, AND WHEN I ASKED HER TO CALL THE MANAGER, SHE REFUSED , AND SAID IT WAS THE FIRST TIME THEY HAD THAT PROBLEM (?). THE MANAGER PRETENDED HE WAS NOT THERE, ALTHOUGH HE WAS LISTENING THE CONVERSATION FROM THE BACKOFFICE, AS HE WROTE SOME DAYS LATER, IN THE EMAILS WE CHANGED. IN THE EMAILS, HE KEPT SAYING IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT, IN A DEFIANT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL WAY, TO SAY THE LEAST.

Review 27：I guess I misunderstood the listing. I thought the hotel provided free shuttle service to the airport but I was wrong. Hotel to Airport shuttle is only a value if you're a solo traveler. If your party is 3+ it might be cheaper to arrange a taxi.

Review 28：Stayed for two nights and we are returning in December. Fantastic Hotel and great staff. Fabio greeted us as we arrived and was always happy to help or answer any question we had. He also told us about a restaurant that is affiliated with the hotel, open late, and provided free shuttle service to and from. I will stay here every time I fly from Rome.

The hotel shuttle was convenient to get to the airport in the morning but you need to factor in another 25 euro for that. It gets pretty expensive if you do not have a car to get here.

Review 35：I opened my laptop to find that the wi-fi did not work in my room. The woman who checked me in said that it was known that the wi-fi did not work in those rooms since it was across the street from the main building. This was a bit unfortunate because the room was quite nice. She said she could move me, and she did. Unfortunately the room I was moved to was not even near the level of quality of the previous room. The furniture was old, the walls were marked (I couldn't even figure out how a raging party could have made those walls look like that), and the "double bed" was just two twin beds pushed together, so I had to sleep on one side. The outlets were broken, and the safe actually didn't open properly and I had to figure out how to force the door to open since it had all of my stuff inside of it.

Review 36：When I first checked-in, it was super quick and simple. I got to my room and was pretty happy with what I saw. It was a large two-person suite with modern furnishings and cleanliness. The breakfast was quite nice and delicious.

Review 37：The advertised Wi-Fi did not really exist. It was only available when sitting next to the desk in the lobby. We had booked a room with 2 double beds, had not understood that one of the beds would be a funky pull-out couch.

Review 96：I called two days in advance to ask about a shuttle to the hotel and was told that they couldn't give me ANY info until the day of check in. ?? Elevator only worked half the time. The stairway was dark at night and the light switch was BEHIND the door. Couldn't find it in the dark. Only one small trash can in the bathroom. We ended up making a pile in the corner of the bedroom. Inconvenient. The bathroom sink only left about a foot of room on each side. One side had a stack of towels (no shelf) which left very little room for toiletries. The door was difficult to close because it drug on the floor. Made so much noise it woke everybody up at night. The breakfast room had MTV going quite loud with rap music. Very annoying. The bacon and eggs were well prepared, but the serving container wasn't turned on and the bacon and eggs were stone cold. Inedible. The attendant made coffee for me, but is was barely tepid. I asked the desk if we could pay for the shuttle to FCO with our bill and were told we could. My Daughter (who was flying out) had asked and was told she should have cash to pay the driver. My wife and I live in Umbria and have a vacation apartment. We have guest and friend visit us about six months of the year. We had hoped to find a reasonably priced place to recommend to those with an early flight out of FCO. Unfortunately this isn't it.

Review 102：Not sure were to start I should have cancelled when they didn'thoner the free child bed as originally advertised, they then refused toallow us to put the three girls in the one oversized bed and charged usfor an extra bed. The tv could be reached but with difficultly one theextra bed and sofa bed was installed. They had no wi fi they offered tocall out the manager at 9.30pm to fix I should have said yes but thechildren were miserable hungry and exhausted. We had a key card....oneand you needed it to get the lights and electrics to work in the room soevery time my husband went down to get a bag or off to find wi fi in themain building we sat in the dark waiting for him. I got grumpyeventually and shouted and another card appeared. So notting to occupythe children and loads to sort out for the next day with no wi fi. Itgot worse. The key cards were a problem they decided to put on a lightdisplay between 12 and 2am which was was disconcerting and imposible tosleep though going on and off with pings and bleeps at irregularintervals. At 3.30 we got up to catch our plane.The staff were not nastyjust useless. The room was clean but the window locks were broken thetowels were soft and fluffy. It was very expensive and unpleasant stay Iwish we had stayed some were else.

Drivers explain key points of interest on the way to the Rome City Centre. Under the flight path, which is one cost of being so close to the airport. It made getting to the airport a dream instead of a nightmare.

There was a large variety of foods to eat at breakfast time and a great restaurant right on the corner. I would suggest this place for anyone who has an early plane to catch.

Review 133：It was difficult to find the property and confusing to enter. However, it was clean and charming. The owners did not accept a credit card. Although we were not in a hurry, the unexpected delay of withdrawing Euros from the ATM might have been an issue for some travelers.
