Review 1：I emailed the proprietor twice about parking for my Saturday night stay and was told that parking was available on any street for free around the hotel. She never informed me that the adjacent street was a flower market on Sunday's and my car was impounded. It cost me €195 to get it back. Very little care or regret was given to me. Would not recommend this place.
Review 2：50 stairs to climb to the second floor. Absolutely no lift. No air conditioning.

Review 10：Recently renewed. When you think of an hotel near the train station, you don't anticipate a nice location or neighborhood - well, this is not the case.
Review 11：Neighborhood is a bit unpleasant (but Mons being so small, it's only a short walk to get into the centre); some noise from the staircase and doors of other rooms (but calmer than larger hotels); TV but no remote control to be found; reception area was a bit improvised (works going on in the restaurant linked to it) and the hallways could do with better lighting and a makeover. Considering the price, no major issues.

Review 18：The rooms have been renovated. There was no problem in checking in as a gay couple. The hotel is not far away from the SNCB Belgian Railway Station.
Review 19：Location was a poorer part of town, Rooms were very hot and claustrophobic. Despite my booking stating Breakfast available for extra 8 Euros when we came down we were told they had no breakfast for us. After an Elderly Guest intervened who spoke both English and French, they asked us to come back in twenty minutes. Breakfast was then provided. Area around hotel at night was a bit seedy and I would not have liked to walk around on my own, however the centre tourist areas were only a 15 minute walk away.

Review 29：When we arrived it wasn't obvious where the hotel was. Admittedly, we were tired but we didn't see any sign saying "Hotel terminus" just "hotel" on the door; it's above the Lepold restaurant. The next day we saw the 3 ft high sign on the second floor which is not obvious when standing on the pavement a few feet from the front door. Subsequent check on google street view shows a canopy with the name on. Don't recall seeing it though.

Review 31：1. Difficult to find as the name is not on the premises! 2. Entrance to hotel is through the bar/dining area. 3. No parking. In fact this is a major disadvantage. 4. No lift and narrow steep stairs. 5. Noisy from the bus and rail terminus. 6. Price when booked did not include breakfast. Despite the 'madame' saying on my arrival that b'fast next day was 'compris'/included. It wasn't and I paid an additional 16 Euros. If I had known I would have taken a coffee somewhere else.

Review 33：The staff know little to no English which makes any communication nearly impossible. I had to change my reservation arrival and didn't want my reservation cancelled and basically could not reach someone to contact for two days.

Review 68：1) Having to leave the keys in the key board at the reception; every time I go out; with zero security -- I could very easily have taken the key of anyone I wanted. 2) No elevators; and many rooms above the 3rd floor. 3) The door is not soundproof at all; the corridor is very noisy because each floor is tiny and we're all right next to the stairs; which have a lot of passage. 4) On my first night the fire alarm rang 3 times in the middle of the night; false alarm all 3 times but the noise was horrible (high-pitched; extremely loud and penetrating) and was very stressful.
