Review 13：Beautiful and most importantly, clean room and en-suite. Very cosy atmosphere. Hosts were attentive and helpful when it came to directions, recommendations etc and helped to secure transportation for us early in the morning to the airport. Too bad we only stayed a night!
Review 14：The hosts, Franco and Gratiae, are an extremely kind and welcoming couple who truly enjoy making their guests happy. It's an easy walk to the main piazza, with restaurants and cafes, and to the ruins of O. Antica.

Review 16：Just needed an overnight pitstop before leaving for FCO. Franco and Grazie were very welcoming. Place was extremely clean, close to local restaurants for dinner and their breakfast was awesome.
Review 17：It could be a bit loud when other guests arrived I guess the other guests didn't think that there could be other guests already there so were a bit noisy but it was never for too long at a time, just while they got settled into their room.
Review 18：The hosts at this B&B are wonderful. They only know a little bit of English but are very patient and helpful. Breakfast was lovely but I would have loved some fruit even if it was just canned peaches or something to have with the cereal, but otherwise it was great and they even include fresh croissants and home baking too. This is very large and beautiful family home where you actually do just feel at home. Air conditioning worked great and the included Wifi strength and speed was also great! I even got a lift to the airport from their grandson which I was very grateful for. His English was very good and he was very courteous and he knew his stuff about which Terminal I should be head to for my International flight.
Review 19：it is a very nice B&B. If you need to go to the airport it takes only 15 minutes by car. The room is nice, clean and the breakfast is good. The owners are wonderful. Highly recommended.
Review 20：This is so pretty place after long and fussy road. The apartment decorated as home. Family pictures on a walls, kids toys and a lot of flowers. We have felt right at home.

Review 28：It is a bit of a challenge to get there if you don't have a car. Taxis want to charge you 48 euros from the airport. But once there it is just a 15 minute walk to the train to get into Rome.
Review 29：The owners are a delightful and charming couple who have a lovely home with beautiful gardens and flowers everywhere. The accommodations were pleasant and the bed very comfortable. Loved the homemade cake for breakfast. Their home was a 10 minute walk to the center of the town and a 15 minute walk to the Ruins of Ostia Antica, which were fascinating. Their grandson took us to the airport for our trip home.

Review 32：Clean friendly accommodation for a short stay. A ten minute walk to the ruins. Poke around the area inside the castle walls to see an interesting old area of Ostia Antica away from the busy main road.
Review 33：I think this B and B might be better for those traveling with a car. I had a long walk with my suitcase from the train station. While the house and room were lovely, I was surprised by all the potholes and trash in the surrounding area.

We called when we arrived at the airport and they sent a driver to pick us up for a reasonable fee and also to the train station when we left. Very convenient location to visit (easy walk) Ostia Antica. Continental breakfast was perfect and the cappuccino was wonderful. Franco and Gratiae were very friendly and welcoming!
