Review 1：The first room had a radiator leak that had not been repaired for a long tim, we had to ask for another room.

Review 3：Went to breakfast buffet area with family had a early flight area was completely empty lady working at breakfast area told me I could not sit at the table.I asked why there is no reserve sign on table.I do not know if because I were a mix color.Plumbing was horrible water took forever to drain out of the shower.Breakfast was horrible.If travelling with a lot of lagguage be prepare ti lift no bell and plenty stairs.

Review 4：I did not like the cost of the hotel shuttle and the difficulty in getting from the hotel to Rome city centre. Hotel staff pushed the hotel shuttle and Leonardo Express at a cost of €20.50 per person one way to Rome city centre or €60 taxi in heavy traffic. We found an alternative mass transit train from a nearby town for €1.50 and taxi €6.25 (4 sharing taxi to local town) each way.

Parking lot is tiny and people park by the walls in disallowed places making getting out of the lot a 10min ordeal of maneuvers between columns and other cars. Finally its not that close to the airport, Hilton is much better location wise.

Review 49：The hotel is located in a very quiet area and close to airport but difficult to reach by public bus, so you need to pay 25$ for a taxi, whcih evev more costly that going to Rome for sleeping. However this is a better choice as you will be in the hotel in 10 minutes instead to be trapped by the Rome traffic. Staff is friendly and breakfast is very good tor a 3 stars hotel. Room are simple, quiet and clean and you have a good desk if you have to work.

Review 50：Hours the shuttle ran to airport were not published and the cost was not listed so we had to take a taxi which the hotel said would be 20 euro but when we got dropped off the driver charged us 25 euro.

It's takes about the same time to get to the airport the next morning and it was great to be able to take a long walk along the ocean and have a nice dinner at the beach before saying: "Arrivederci Rome!" Would definitely recommend the hotel for it's location, cleanliness, elevator, value and getting a good night's sleep! The hotel desk was very nice and made the taxi appointment for us the next day. Will definitely stay again.

Review 64：The breakfast had fruit flies on all items. So we did not eat. There was nothing close to walk to for food. The front desk was not friendly at check in. It was a nicer man at check out.

Review 79：The hotel is difficult to find. You really need a car and good directions. The rooms are not spacious but we did have a nice terrace. The breakfast is available from very early for flights but the quality of the food is not good. There is juice and coffee in machines, both fairly low quality. Perhaps the worst cappuccino I had during 6 weeks in Italy. It turns out if you ask a staff person they will make you a coffee, but they never really offer so I did not know this. An absence of fresh fruit was also disappointing. That being said, I have stayed at the hotel for two years in a row, because of the value, but I would like to see some improvement. It would also be helpful for the desk to provide accurate maps rather then print out mini Google versions that are less then helpful. Also the City of Fiumicino has added traffic cameras and so you may receive large fines in the mail without really being able to contest the offense or even meet their deadlines for payment. It appears to be a major money maker and a large speed trap! I like Italy and I like the Hotel but things could be done to improve.

Review 80：This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the hotel and there are many things I like including helpful staff, clean and well equipped rooms, etc. It is nice to be so close to the sea and several goo restaurants in centro or nearby Lido di Ostia.

Review 81：No handrail for front steps, makes handicapped access very difficult. Step up from kitchen to elevator level difficult for luggage. Should be a slight ramp-up for wheels. Shower stall too tiny. Couldn't even bend elbows while washing without banging glass.
