Review 13：The cleaning took too long. When we wanted to have access to our room (mid morning or early afternoon) we had to wait for housekeeping to finish up. But to be fair, they probably did not expect us to be back so soon - it is a business hotel most guests are gone until evening.

Review 14：Excellent location! Love being right by the station. It is also in the heart of garment district, we bought kimono (yukata summer type) for my 5 yr old and myself, very good value - even my friend from Tokyo bought one!

Review 16：Location: Less than 5 min walk from Gifu JR Station. Free breakfast is excellent. Try Rantei tenpura restaurant near the post office building. It is a family run restaurant and Kyoto style tenpura.

Review 17：Not flexible on check in, arrived an hour early and asked to wait. Not what you want to here when you have been travelling for 18 hours !! But that is Japan for you.
