Review 1：We liked the personal welcome from the receptionist who greeted us by name on arrival. When we told her of our flight changes she went out of her way to help us and make sure we had everything we needed. As we are tea drinkers, she provided a kettle and milk as well.

Review 4：We enjoyed the township over 5 days which gave us the opportunity to really explore; take walks along the coast and sample some great local dishes. The hotel's location a few streets back from the canal protects visitors from the noise when the fishing fleet comes and goes. Highly recommended.

I cannot rave enough about the hotel. The breakfast was superb. We will definitely return whenever we are in the area. The restaurant next door was great also.

Review 11：I stayed for only 1 night before an early flight from Fiumicino Airport. The hotel was very comfortable and well appointed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had booked a single room but had a large room with double bed. The wifi was free and reliable.

Review 12：Staff was very great and helpful. Airport transfer was arranged for us at a nominal price. We had an early morning flight to catch and left the hotel at 5:00 AM in the morning and when we came down at the reception for checkout and they had a 2go breakfast packs ready for us. How thoughtful! They also arranged a shuttle service to the center of the city for pick and drop. There was a charge for it but better then getting a cab.

Giving us drinks, waking us very early in the morning; the car that brought us to the airport was waiting. and even a little bag with sandwich and drink as substitute for breakfast. Review 39：My only complaint, and it's small, is that the room didn't have easy access to outlets to recharge mobile devices. There were only two outlets I saw, one for the mini fridge and one in the bathroom. The bathroom outlet didn't seem to work so I had to unplug the fridge to charge my phone and back-up batteries.

Being close to the airport was a big plus. The hotel offered a shuttle for 6 euro and I arrived at the airport in less than 10 minutes.

Review 47：Air-conditioner didn't work and we opened the window but there was no mosquito net. We informed to the check out staff in the morning but he said that it happens quite often so we should have told them during the night and then they could come up to the room to fix it. Why didn't they mentioned to us when we checked in if it happens so often? And wall of the room is so thin and no noise proof. Unfortunately next door lady was yelling to somebody on the phone in the middle of night and it woke us up.

Review 53：My flight was delayed by 4 hours and I finally arrived in Rome at 3.30am. I called the hotel to explain and I was assured that this would be no problem at all, it wasn't. I was greeted and accompanied to the lift. The young female receptionist spoke excellent English and was really helpful. I skipped breakfast in order to catch up on sleep and she made me a cup of coffee personally and called the Shuttle bus to arrange my onward journey. Thank you, I would recommend this hotel.

We were flying from the airport at Fiumicino, and decided to spend an extra day in the town of Fiumicino in order to see Ostia Antica. The hotel arranged drivers to take us to and from this historic site, as well as to the airport on our departure day. This is a very comfortable, attractive, small hotel.

Review 122：Quite difficult to find the Shuttle bus or any bus for that matter at the airport. There is a free blue bus into the town and a shuttle which costs 6 euros per person one way. There are also local taxis but they are not directly outside arrivals.

It is very time consuming and costly (nothing to do with hotel, but something to consider if planning staying a few days). It is also very expensive to catch a taxi.

They looked after some of our luggage while we travelled to other countries before we returned and travelled back to Australia.

We had requested a higher up room which we got but then were switched to the lower floor in the accessible room at check in which was noisy when people were walking past late at night and early morning. It was a mission getting to the hotel using the public transport as not much information about getting there on public transport outside of there is a bus to the city - more info on how to get to the airport from the hotel.
