Review 1：no houskeeping to the room for the 3ights we stayed. the option of continental breakfast seemed not to be a available. mattresses in poor condition.

Review 3：Rooms were not tidied (eg refilling the tea and coffee facilities) or bins were not emptied. No designated smoking area outside.

Review 4：Not too far from the main shopping strip and clubs. Plus it was not on a busy street so it was not too noisy with cars driving by. Not expensive.

Review 7：Lovely lady on reception Basket of pool towels for hirs at front desk - in case you wanted to use the pool but didnt have one. Also rang me to check when we owuld be there. Acroos the road from the Smokehouse shop and there is a great pub 500m down the road which does cheap but good meals.

Review 8：Didn't appreciate being lead to believe it was extremely close to town and in fact a short walk to town from motel when this wasn't the case. Also the advertisement suggested breakfast included including the gentleman I spoke to when I booked it yet in reality no breakfast was provided. The units appliances from the previous tenants were not cleaned and in fact still had tea bags in them which were God knows how old. They wreaked.

Review 12：The pool had cracks which had been repaired but which seemed to carry residual problems and which then raised doubt about the water quality. Our room, though clean enough, was gloomy because of very dated decor.

Review 14：Well, the place was in bad need of a facelift. The kitchen drawers were dirty and the shower had some mould. The carpets were dusty.

Review 15：Location, location, location. Unit was at the rear and there was little road noise.

Review 16：Room did not match what was booked. We booked deluxe queen and according to photos on booking.com we were given a standard twin. Receptionist showed another room that was smaller (still didn't match what was pictured) and in an alley behind main section, a few hours later she offered to show another room but we had settled in so stuck with what we had, but had to move the bed off the wall so we could both gain access without having to climb over each other! Didn't find out until after hours that the Kettle was broken. Shower was moldy and leaking and toilet had a big crack down the bowl (how can that be possibly cleaned properly). You get what you paid for, very worn and dated and new staff should be provided with appropriate training to be able to assist visitors with basic information about the town.

Review 18：Just off the highway so really easy to find. No problem checking in after 10pm. Everything there for a cup of tea and a biscuit. Even a swimming pool if we felt so inclined.

Review 47：The screen doors being slammed all the time! Guests were too loud. Trying to sleep but can't. Put don't disturb on the door, guests and housekeeping staff kept talking right outside! Walls are too thin. Didn't get much sleep. Free wifi kept dropping out constantly! Bed was way too hard on my back. Room was old and dark. But was bigger than most motels. Don't be fooled by the overall score, that this site automatically puts in the only good thing about this place was location. I would rate this a 2 out of 10. If you want to sleep go elsewhere, especially when traveling.

Review 59：Probably the bed needs replacing. The centre of the mattress has bowed and not too comfortable for 2 adults. It is ok for us as mom sleeps with toddler and dad sleeps on the other single bed.

The family room was spacious and had a little kitchenette that allowed us to organise our own breakfast. Perfectly located just off the main highway from Melbourne into Albury, away from the main hustle and bustle. Excellent value for money for an overnight or short stay.

Review 71：I was contacted my the manager directing me to the motel when I still had 100km to travel. A very pleasant experience I will stay there again. It's location near the highway was excellent and my room was very quiet. No road noise.

Review 81：Upon arrival the room was stuffy and had a smell to it. Both bedroom and bathroom mirror not very clean spots and smear marks on them. Around bathroom sink where it joins cabinet was black looked like grime other than that everything was very clean.
