Review 1：Location was in a residential area not within walking distance of restaurants.
Review 2：We were the only guests, so it was very quiet and we had sole use of the kitchen. Bed was comfortable and nice shower. Breakfast was serve yourself which was good for early flight.
Review 3：It rained hard all day that I visited Portus! Suggestion: Take a taxi when you arrive at the metro station. I walked and it was not easy.
Review 4：Flavia and Franco went overboard to make my stay special! I had been trying for years to visit the ancient Roman port of Portus. Everyone said you couldn't do it. Flavia and Franco made it happen!

Review 6：The Gens Mundi family were very accommodating. The couple who owns the place were so sweet and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again!! The place was clean, looked brand new, and fully filled with clean towels and food.

Review 11：Taxi was expensive considering the distance. Driver claimed it was because Gens Mundi was in a different district. If you take a taxi from the airport make sure to ask for the price beforehand to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Review 22：The comfort of the sofa-bed was rather poor.
Review 23：The helpfulness and attention of the owners is a very positive point, if you need anything they live next door. Bicycles were provided and are a means of exploration of the region untill the seaside and the impressive pinetree forests all the way to the beach.
Review 24：Main bed is on a second level and you need to go up ladder style staircase to go up. Inconvenient for older guests or if you have mobility problems or need to go to the bathroom at night. For us, it wasn't a big problem, but you should take that into consideration. Also, Ostia Antica by itself is limited in terms of outing and restaurants, but we were there mostly for the ruins and the airport, so we didn't mind.

Review 26：The sofa bed is ok for a few nights, but not to many. The walls are thin, you hear a lot of noises from the neighbours.
Review 27：Very beautiful B&B with everything you need. Very clean and practically equipped. Breakfast is in the kitchen, good news for early departure.
Review 28：Very tiny room with only place for a bed and two feet around. A tiny 25 squarefeet kitchenette to be shared with a neighbouring bedroom. No privacy, no value for money. A swimming pool we would call a sunken bathtube.

After sailing in Greece for a week, this was a terrific place to stay, sleep in and get our clothes washed and dried before setting off on the next leg of our journey, to Umbria. Review 32：The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, charming and provided breakfast for us to easily make ourselves in the morning including an espresso machine. There is a swimming pool. Even though we were there just for one night before going to the airport, we noticed the neighborhood was nice and close to the Ostia Antica ruins. I wished I could have stayed longer.

Review 47：The hosts are very nice and heIpful. The studio loft style is new. completely renovated including new kitchen, bath, shower. There is a kettle. coffee machine , products for continental breakfast. They provide a shuttle to the airport which is convenient. it's about 15 minutes from te airport.
