Review 1：Breakfast was not great with a simple selection of food. Although the bathroom was clean and new it would flood after every shower.

Review 5：- In my opinion breakfast needs some improvements - it was a good variety of sweet options, but savory things are pretty poor. I know Italian standards for breakfast are different then some other countries, but still it would be nice to have some fried eggs or sausages and bigger choice of cheese, for example. - WIFI didn't work in the room at all. Only in the hotel lobby near the reception. - The second thing is it was impossible to sleep with open windows because of the loud music the whole night (from around 22:45 to 02:00!) from the bar nearby. It was ok with closed windows and ac, but that's not the way we prefer. I know it's not hotel's fault, but it would be much better if this is not the case.

Review 6：Location is great - just some meters from the beach, short walk to the center of Santa Maria Navaresse. The sea view from our balcony on the second floor, was wonderful. You could also see the hotel's garden with ducks and swans, really beautiful. Dining space is wonderfull. The room at the first look, was a bit simple, but then we realized that nothing is missing and it's quite comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room. Hotel's parking always had enough free spaces. The beach in front of the hotel is long and sandy. It's nice, but there are much more beautiful beaches in the area, which, if you have a car or take a boat trip is not a problem to reach. Staff was very nice and helpful, they responded to any of our questions and they speak really good English.

Review 7：- dinner was not that great, ie better to book only breakfast and go to town for dinner - once a week loud disco nearby, but windows could be closed and AC put on - no wifi on room, wifi poor in general

Review 9：Frankly, some minor glitches require to be fixed in room, like brokenshower seal, etc. These are very little things which were not a problemfor us at all, however as I gave very good remarks I would like toinform other travelers about it.

Review 10：Spending vacation in this hotel is just amazing experience. Rooms aregood. The ground floor area – lobby, bar, restaurants, and garden arevery nice and friendly. You feel like being at home. Location is great –just on the beach, in beautiful section of Sardinia, with easy access tomost beautiful beaches and spectacular mountains, without crowds oftourists of Costa Smeralda. Breakfast very nice in beautiful set up. Butwhat truly makes the difference about these hotel are people workingthere. Extremely helpful, caring about you, resolving all issues,advising on places to visit. All the personal is nice, smiling andfriendly. Among all these great people Maurizio is absolutely the best:helpful, very good English, knowledgeable. Maurizio – thank you!
