Review 1：Rooms are not at all soundproof, a lot of noise coming from the restaurant downstairs in the evening and from the corridor in the morning Only one receptionist spoke English

Review 3：My room overlooked what I assume was the hotel kitchen, as there was a very noisy air conditioning/extraction tower motoring away until the early hours. As I had my own (excellent) air conditioning unit on, this didn't disturb me in the end. The hotel is also a 10 minute walk up the hill from the centre of the marina-village. I liked this location, but it might not suit everybody.

Review 4：A clean, cool, tiled, en-suite room with a firm and comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was good. The young woman handling breakfast and reception in the morning was very charming. I only stayed one night and didn't have a meal there.

The location is excellent to get on te boat tours and pretty good to take your car angd go around some beaches and towns near Santa Maria.

The breakfast is excellent, The cakes and specials jams were delicious ... and this coffee :) Service is also great - very nice girl from reception/restaurant and there is very clean everywhere. I really recommend this hotel.

Review 12：The staff were friendly and obliging, The room was spacious and clean and had a lovely sea view and a balcony with chairs and table and dryer. Plenty of eateries around.

Review 13：Hotel was well-located on a quiet street in a lovely, friendly town onthe coast that is a gateway to the spectacular Gulf of Orosei region,with some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Italy. Staff extremelyaccommodating, including keeping their wonderful restaurant open andserving me dinner at 10:00 pm after my arrival had been very delayed.Rooms have full baths, air conditioning and a refrigerator, and parkingin their own lot behind the hotel. The breakfast is also good. Therestaurant offers a plethora of menu items using local seafood and otherdelights, all served with attentive, professional service. Theatmosphere is very welcoming.

Review 14：Some noice from restaurant guests, but only up to 11.30h. Did not borther us, and think switching to other room at back wont be a problem.

Review 15：We got an upgrade from a simple room to one with balcony. Is a relatively small hotel with good restaurant in a little but beautifull town. Would recommend the hotel and town to everyone who likes quiet and laid down places. Easy and quick access to beaches of national park.
