I stayied in that hotel several times, never paid deposit cuz i was reguler, but this time bcuz i didnt pay deposite they sent someone to lock the fridge ads remove all the food!!! I was shocked!

Review 8：Great hotel in terms of comfort and attention, with good low key beach facilities and no pressure. Rooms spacious with excellent outside relaxation areas, and not crowded even when full. Staff consistently go the extra mile.

Review 9：Once we had lunch in olives restaurant and took fish fillet. We had a la cart. We didn't really like it, but the service was really great. And also my mom, who actually stayed there, she mentioned that the juices (fresh ones) are not really tasty and seems to be that they are from the bottle. But the rest quality of food in olives for breakfast was great.

Review 10：I really liked housekeeping team! They are great people in this department, always lovely and kind, very attentive to details and doing their job fantastic with smile! I also want to mention the reception team, they are very helpful. Actually, all of the staff is amazing. And it was really nice being served there. We also loved food and service in beach bar and grill, was terrific!!!

Review 25：We loved everything about this property. It has tremendous variety within its area. It is possible either to be very social or to find peace and quiet. The staff make you feel special and go out of their way to use your name whenever you are in contact. They sincerely tell you a little about themselves and where they are from. It is like talking with a friend, not just a professional encounter. They are genuinely interested in their guests.

Review 26：1.The prize was too high for such hotel and service 2.poor service..long time to check in putting in mind that payment was done already and booked through booking .. 3.found a cockroach in the bathroom of my children room 4. No hand soap was available in my room 5. No complimantry tea or coffee as usually found in hotels 6. No boiler available..when asked for one it was not working thwn we had to wait more time to get another one 7. I have asked for an arrangement to be done in my room for my birthday..and confirmed it by phone also but still nothing was done and when asking about it..they didnt know about it 8. After we checked in they were asking about the colors of our bags ..they were not sure which bags belonging to ud 9. During check out..also we got things which doesnt belong to us with our lagagge it was really disappointing staying at this hoteland i dont recemend it to any one

Review 35：Stayed at Arabian Court and the entire hotel and room was beautiful! Staff were extremely attentive, we were celebrating our honeymoon and had rose petals placed on the bed. Fresh fruit everyday was great, mini bar and room service had a good selection. The hotel was quiet which we liked and the pool was nice and quiet. The gym although I had to walk to The Residence was really decent. The restaurants were lovely although a bit expensive (but then that's Dubai). Definitely stay here again but probably try The Palace. Wi-fi was okay.

Review 36：After paying in full before arrival, I was charged again for the room by accident, and the check-in took far too long. Then was provided a twin room when I booked a king. At 10am the next day, I was rudely interrupted by a staff member who burst into the room without knocking claiming to check the mini bar! The room wasn't clean, cling film was used to cover glasses and bowls from room service, not very high end and luxury as what I was expecting from the Royal Mirage. No coffee machine in the room either. A standard hotel experience and simply no value for money. Will not be staying there again.

Review 66：I loved everything about my stay. The staff was very attentive. The grounds were beautiful. I needed a vacation to get away from the stresses. I was able to completely relax and destress. I even extended my stay by one night because it was so relaxing. I absolutely will stay there again.

The poolside staff were really great, bringing cold face towels, fresh fruit and coming round to clean your sunglasses. The Hammam is something special. Free shuttle to Atlantis water park.

Great Breakfast and good Restaurants. I cannot wait to come again.

Review 100：Sitting by the pool you definitely get the distinct impression you are sitting in a car park. To be fair I have never stayed in a one and only before, so other properties maybe different, however I was cleverly mislead by either the name and what I assume clever marketing of my perception of one and only. Tired is a word over used in reviews but not here , bedding was dishevelled on arrival the king bed was actually two singles stuck together with the inevitable ridge down he middle preventing sound sleep, Internet patchy, the staff make it a point to not understand you , it took 3 phonecalls and an hours wait to get a toothbrush, the front desk don't call back, only buffet available for brrakfast ,the gym is a"bus ride away" and the quality of the room amenities best summed up by the tracing like paper loo roll and the pool substandard I write this whilst on hold with reception (annoying) listening to a message of what you expect from a luxury resort , "fine dinning,shimmering blue pool , service etc etc ". The implication to look no further than one and only. laughable!!
