Reviews for B&B Il Porto Vecchio

Review 1:It was light coming from the street to the room, but we had eye shades so it wasn't a problem :)

Review 2:Apartment very beautiful, clean, everyone very friendly

Review 3:This room was a joke. No window, only a door to an inside public balcony where the house's laundry was drying. There was no air and we could hardly move in the small room. Lousy breakfast, the bread was simply unfit to eat. I normally avoid B&Bs but this one got so high scores that I gave it the credit for one night. It was a mistake.

Review 4:Location

Review 5:outdated bathroom, noise from the street, too expensive during peak season in comparision with offered quality of accomodation

Review 6:great location, excellent breakfast, wifi and AC working properly

Review 7:Cleanless! I had a lot of small cockroaches in my bathroom and this is enough to do not suggest this B&B

Review 8:Location is great and the breakfast as well. Staff is very friendly

Review 9:The bathroom was very outdated and dirty. Bed sheets were old and teared in some places. The room was not cleaned properly, we found some bugs behind the lapm.

Review 10:The location is nice, but this is it.

Review 11:Nothing comes to mind..

Review 12:Stintino is a beautiful small village close to the amazing La Pelosa beach and the B&B is very charming. The airconditioning was excellent which saved us during this very warm week, and the recommendations (restaurants and agriturismo) from the personell was accurate and helpful.

Review 13:The only thing that could be seen as something negative was that the wifi was very weak in the room and that the street outside could be a bit noisy sometimes.

Review 14:The most lovely little b&b that you possibly could find in stintino. The rooms are very clean and modern with a rural Sardinian touch. Breakfast was the best we had during our 10 day trip in Sardinia. Both bread with ham and cheese was served, together with sweet treats. The breakfast is served on the balcony with a view.

Review 15:Loved this place! Stintino itself is a gorgeous little village and we loved walkig around and driving to the nearby beaches (some of the most amazing I've ever seen). The location of the villa was perfect and the room, complete with lounge room and balcony was more than what we thought and just perfect for our needs. We loved it so much we ended up staying another night. Wifi was strong and the staff, although not speaking much English very friendly and helpful, even going so far as to post me back my Kindle after I mistakenly left it there. Would definitely return here.. make sure you go to La Pelosa and the surrounding beaches, really worth it!

Review 16:Stintino town is very small and all the restaurants close super early, around 10.30 in the evening. Without a car there isn't a lot to do in the evening.

Review 17:The place is simple and the staff is always eager to help you with anything you might need. Rooms are very clean and the wi-fi is working properly. A perfect location for a vacation in couple if you like the astonishing Pelosa beach: 100 metres far from the hotel door there is the shuttle bus stop to get to the beach!

Review 18:In the city centre. The stuff is very friendly. The breakfast is great and you have an amazing view from the balcony. The room itself is super cute like from a fairytale. Will definitely stay here again if I will go there again.

Review 19:We loved this lovely, charming B&B located right in the centre of Stintino. Our room had a beautiful veranda where we sat at night to sip some local wine. The view from the terrace at breakfast was beautiful. Really lovely place and great value for money!

Review 20:Wifi doesn't work in the room but minor issue, no toiletries

Review 21:Location and cleanness are perfect, room facing the port, peaceful, newly refreshed, quiet, family run b&b, the breakfast is good and served in a nice balcony facing the sea

Review 22:everything is good!

Review 23:Totally everything! Location is right in the city center, owner and his family is very helpful, friendly and nice people! breakfast are very good! Love it!

Review 24:The only thing we did not like.. Was that we could not stay longer! Ihave nothing bad to say about it.. Wonderful!

Review 25:We loved that the location is right by everything! We walked everywhere! We had a rental car, but did not need to use it. The bus pick up for thebeach was within 5 min walk, the many places to eat were within 5-10 minwalk, the breakfast that was included with the room was amazing! Homemade pastries! Fresh coffee, juice, bread, and home made cheese.Perfect! The family that runs this B&B are fantastic! The brothersspoke English and were very friendly. We had the most wonderful trip! Wewent for our 15 year anniversary.. And it was more then worth it thanksto Angelo and Fortunado! We have never felt more welcomed at a placethen we did here.. They are wonderful! I can not express enough howwonderful and magnificent my anniversary weekend was... I will returnand I will bring my whole family. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Review 30:The wifi didn't work, we had to go to the terrace, open only during day time, to connect.

Review 31:Runsaasti makeaa aamiaisella ja vähän suolaista B&B: pitäjä asiallinen, mutta ei juuri puhunut mitään

Review 32:Huone siisti, sopivan viileä ja rauhallinen

Review 33:The feel of being lost in time

Review 34:i liked the rooms and the atmosphere. One of our rooms with Beautiful view over the small harbour.

Review 36:The port! The hand made food cooked by the owners family English speaking, nice and very kind The terrace The breakfast La pelosa beach, 4km away, best beach in Sardinia

Review 37:Really nice family style B&B. Clean and homy. We were the only guests (it was after season), but still we got very good breakfast treatment with various things to choose.

Review 38:Once there was no hot water, but only for a brief moment. It was not possible to pay with card.

Review 39:We liked everything, the hotel offered excellent value for money, the breakfast was great and could be eaten on terrace with nice view. The owner also recommended a very good restaurant.

Review 40:Very pleasant hotel, the spacious rooms decorated in traditional sardinian style with very beautiful textiles. Le Saline beach is in 5 minutes driving, La Pelosa is in 15 minutes by car.

Review 41:1. No internet connection in our room, while in description of the hotel it says that the internet available throughout. This needs to be improved!!

Review 42:1. Good location, possible to take bus to La Pelosa beach. 2. Friendly owner. Good food recommendations from the owner. The owner lent us a beach umbrella, which was useful. 3 Very nice breakfast, Italian style, plus selection of meats and cheeses, fresh croissants 4. Clean

Review 43:The breakfast terrace was nice. We had a fridge and courtyard which was handy when we wanted to eat at home. The staff were very friendly. We left some clothing behind and they were very helpful in sending it back to my home.

Review 44:the staff wasn't so friendly, some of them didn't speak English and had trouble to communicate, the one who did speak a bit English gave me a grumpy face when asked about recommended restaurants, attractions etc...

Review 45:location is great, overlooking the harbor, the room was very clean and nice . breakfast is OK. good VFM
