Review 1：Its on the main road so there is a lot of traffic,if you have a car the entry into and out of the garage is difficult.The shops are a fair distance away. If you walk follow the Greenway signs.

Review 2：The apartment was very nice although we had to ring the owner because the beds had no shèets. The view was amazing.

Review 3：Unfortunately the wifi was not working for us with the passwords provided. We did not bother, however, I would suggest double-checking on that upon check-in for those concerned. The staff very nice and helpful!

Review 4：Apartment located within a small residence complex, just a small walk from the lakeside. Plenty of options for free car-parking. Location very comfortable for those to visit Central Lake Como attractions. Apartment clean, fully equipped. Kitchenware quite sufficient (our pancake loving company was lacking a frying pan). Electric cooktop a little old-fashioned, but ok. No oven. The pool very nice, a little too cold at the end of May :)

Review 5：Amazing views. Everything was perfect... From comfort cleanliness amenities wifi washer/dryer heating location and private parking. Restaurants and supermarket near by. Elena who met us was absolutely fantastic. So Happy we decided on Residence Comacina.

Review 6：The villa are not large and so going with friends you do feel on top of each other. The villa does sleep 8 but this is not a comfortable 8 and its much better to have 6 in the villa. The kitchen is very basic so for a group of friends we struggled to cook group meals - no oven. The dishwashers were also broken to sharing a groups washing up wasn't ideal.

Review 7：The location is the main attraction of the villa. The view is stunning and waking up to that was certainly the highlight.

Review 9：The location was amazing, on the water and so close to everything we wanted to do. The apartments were spacious and clean and with amazing views.

Review 10：The lighting outside the villas only stayed on till 12am. On returning to the villas one evening (after 12am) with no light to see your way (upstairs) one of our guests fell and severely bruised their face and cut their arm. If there had of been lighting this would not of happened. The villas do not have an oven - we over looked this at booking at made being self sufficient for some of our guests difficult. The dishwashers were broken in two of the villas we stay in - and left a very unpleasant smell. As its open plan living downstairs this was not very nice. The Wi-Fi did not work well during our visit. So many of our guests had large data roaming bills. If you are a family or close friends the villas are fine - but it must be noted that the rooms upstairs are open plan. So guest have to walk through one bedroom to get to another. This isn't ideal for some people. The beds are slatted wood and so for larger guests this isn't comfortable as often the wooden slat fell out during the night. However the sofa bed is an option for larger guests.

Review 11：The location is superb and the views are just breath-taking. Finding the villas is easy with sat nav. The staff looking after the villas are AMAZING and couldn't help out more. They are clean and in good condition. The bathrooms are large and showers are good. The balconies are lovely for sitting and having a glass of wine. With the cons of these villas I would still return - as the staff are amazing and the location is perfect for exploring Lake Como. I would recommend just taking a touch, and making sure your Wi-Fi works at check in. We had a lovely stay and all our guests commented on the views - this was the main attraction for us.

Review 12：A few negatives to note (but don't let them put you off!) As mentioned before, the parking wasn't easy, there are bays outside but they're usually taken by 6pm for the night. Be prepared to pay 200€ deposit & 100€ for air con and 70€ for cleaning at the end of your stay. Plus there is City tax which is a couple of Euros per person. The wifi is next to useless, they came to sort it out on day 2 of our stay and it worked for a day and then we gave up.

Review 13：The apartment (Mulino 3) is spacious and well equipped with fantastic views over Lake Como. The location is good if you have a car, lots of lovely villages & picturesque sights to see nearby. However, on foot it's not so great, lots of narrow roads and not much to do within walking distance. Speaking of cars, there is a parking lot on sight but only space for one car, so if you're two families (as we were) then prepare to walk a bit from your parking space. That said, an overall lovely stay.

Review 14：The apartment reserved via booking was not the one we got and we would advice future bookers to thoroughly check which one you'll get in advance. However, we were not disappointed with the one we got. The equipment standard of the kitchen was somewhat lacking.

Review 15：The apartment was fresh and newly built. Great view of the lake. Close to the pool. Great garden. Somewhat noisy road but excellent soundproof windows which gave a quite night indoors.

Review 33：Apartment on main road. It is busy during the day but it is quite quiet at night.

Review 34：New apartment so the furniture and fittings were In excellent condition. View from windows over Isola Comacina. Within a reasonable walking distance to Lenno and villa Balbianello.

Review 35：It is situated on the busy main road that runs around the lake. The noisy metal staircase in the upper apartments. People clomping up and down can be heard in all the adjacent apartments. This is annoying during the night when people, presumably, go downstairs to use the bathroom.

Review 36：Sara, who manages the apartments is very friendly and is full of good suggestions on what to do and see. The apartments are well equipped and clean. Parking is in an underground garage which is a bonus.

Review 37：We didn't mind but shops, banks and restaurants are a ten minutewalk to towns on either side (would be no issue if you have a car) butsome of the roads are a little dangerous for pedestrians as they arenarrow! No other negative comments.

Review 38：We rented one of the four luxury apartments and had a fantastic time.The view is amazing, its very secure and well equipped with two doublebed rooms, a kitchen, lounge, balcony and even a laundry on site. Itwould be comfotable for up to 4 adults. Wifi is good and there is secureparking on site. Management are very helpful and speak English well andwere able to provide us with some advice on where to find things in thelocal area. You must visit the isle comacina (island of Comacina) whichyou can see from the balcony. Go to the restaurant by water taxi (7€)and lunch is at 2pm and dinner at 7pm. It has a lot of history, hasserved many celebrities and is a great experience.
