Review 1：Rooms a bit run down.... Missing pictures on walls (marks where they had been), gaps and worn patches on laminate floor. Parking in tunnel is tight. Internet connection very intermittent (understand this was a problem external to the hotel)

Review 5：Parking is pretty tricky...due to the hotel's location . Robert did park our hired car in the tunnel on our arrival...good idea. Hotel is 15 - 20 minute walk from the town's main restaurant area . (We should have hired bicycles, to use on the brand new cycleway of which Ospedeletti is justifiably very proud )

Review 6：So much...we loved swimming in the clear blue sea. Magnificent . Beautiful sea view from bedroom. Having poolside umbrellas and loungers included in price . Long lazy lunches in the bar at the pool,. Lots more . And.....Robert, his family and their staff .

Review 8：The hotel makes you feel relaxed straight away, and Roberto and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Roberto speaks very good English and was always around if we needed to ask anything. The swimming pool is excellent as it is a very good size and the water is lovely and warm. The buffet breakfast was also very good quality with a fine selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, and a variety of pastries. Ham and cheese was on offer if requested. The restaurant was also a very good experience as the food was of excellent quality in a lovely setting overlooking the sea. We can't wait to go back again !

Review 10：there is nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Set in a quiet location with private beach and swimming pool, soft towels and clean rooms with sea view...beach, restaurant and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly...we ate every lunchtime at the hotel and the food was outstanding...menu in English...the owner spoke perfect English as well...thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Review 11：- Almost no one speaks English - The room was very noisy place due to the constant sea waves crashing - Internet WiFi didn't work for any of our equipment until I manually added the Google's DNS 8.8.8.8 - The parking place was very tight - Dangerous access to the sea on the stony beach (large slippery stones and rocks) with waves for the most of the time. The pool actually saved our holiday.

Review 13：Nothing serious, but some thing can be improved: 1. Wi-fi signal was good, but internet connection was bad - many sites often were not loaded or were loaded very slow. 2. It will be better if there are a little more furniture in the room. 3. And small suggestion - to change batteries in devices(remote controls and safe box) in proper time.

Review 14：Excellent location - close to beach. The only sound we heard at night was the sound of the sea. It was great! Perfect start point for traveling along the coast - Sanremo, Nice, Monaco and etc. Good private parking. Simple, but very good breakfast with eggs, ham&cheese, yougurt, fruit, very delicious bakery and excellent capuccino. Nice beach with free umbrellas and beds, very helpful and friendly staff at the beach. The water in the sea was clear as tear. We are very grateful to Roberto for his hospitality and friendliness. Thanks a lot for help with searching for car service station. We enjoyed staying here. I will recomend this place to my friends.

Review 37：There is limited parking space in a deadending tunnel. It is pretty hard to park in there and another hit our car which made it an expensive parking place...

Review 38：It was a very relaxing holiday. The da started with breakfast which was perfect, everything you need. A day at the pool/coast is breathtaking. The saltwater pool is builded in a cliff with a path to the sea were you can swin and snorkle. The hotel is build at the foot of a montain right next to the sea. This gives youbthe impression you're n a cruiseship.

Review 45：Parking was a nightmare. The hotel is at the end of a narrow road whereturning was dificult. The only "private parking" was in anunderground tunnel which you had to reverse into through the narrowestof spaces. If you took your car out, you were likely to have nowhere topark when you came back. The Hotel's immediate environs are prettybut the waterfront at Ospidaletti (where the only restaurants etc withinwalking distance are) is very run down. Our family room had a lovely view-but that's as good as it got. It was small and there was totallyinadequate storage for 4 people and nowhere to dry even a pair ofswimming trunks There was one electric socket in the room (which wasdangerously loose) for 4 people. The "free wi-fi" was so slowthat it was of little use (even for simple web browing). The swimmingpool was far too deep for my 8 year old to stand in. Breakfast was sevedin what was effectively a corridor - on our first morning most of thefood was gone despite the fact we were down for breakfast by 9.30.People constantly bumped off me as I ate because there was inadequateroom to get past where I was seated. All of this while the dining roomproper appeared to go unused. I would forgive all of the above were itnot for the extraordinarily rude behaviour of the owner towards my wifeand I in front of my children and other guests when we left early(having given a day's notice of our intention to so do) We haveholidayed in Italy many times. I have never written a negative review ofa hotel before on a travel website but this is comfortably the worsthotel I have stayed in in Italy during any of my visits.

Review 46：The Hotel's proximity to the sea with a pool and ample loungers isits best feature. Nice to be able to jump right into the sea from therocks. We didn't like much else unfortunately.

The pictures are not accurate reflections of the current state of the hotel (it's very run-down and in need of renovations). Hotel staff also need updating! We ate lunch at this hotel 3 times during our 5 day stay in Ospedaletti. The food was some of the best traditional cooking weve had in Italy over the last 5 months travelling Europe. Be sure to try this restaurant, it was unforgettable! Family-run and excellent value and service.

Review 52：We loved the location - the hotel is right by the sea with the mostamazing view of the Mediterranean from all the rooms. We also thoughtthe staff were excellent. Roberto the owner could not have been morewelcoming and all his team were cheery and helpful. It's a three starhotel so don't expect grandeur but all in all it's a great little family-run hotel that we'd we certainly recommend.

Review 54：The breakfast in this hotel is very disappointing, there was only coffee (good) a very small selection of cereals, little fruit and only a few pastries. Some ham, cheese and cut fruit would have improved this a lot! There would appear to be some sort of pact with the hotel staff and the street traders that come onto the sun lounging area selling their wares, this is very annoying!!! Lastly, it is very unpleasant to be asked (told) to make sure to write a good review of the hotel by staff when leaving - these reviews must be honest or else there is no point in them!

Review 55：The location of this hotel was very good. Especially if you wanted to just rest and relax in the sun and by the sea. There is a good outdoor pool and good swimming off the rocky outcrop into the sea, there is good sun loungers and a nice if stony beach area.

We were planning another trip andscheduled our stay at the last minute and we will be returning againand again . a family run concern and fairly new to the area, they havebrought with them all the professionalism you would expect from theirnative Milan but expect to settle into their warm and gracioushospitality. There are more luxurious hotels, but none more intimate,friendly, economical, and and nicely located just outside of Sanremo-away for the traffic jams. A gem!

The indoor swimming pool is open from October until June.The outdoor pool and the snack bar are available from June until September. The beach is accessible all year long.Please note pets must not exceed the weight of 22 lbs (10 kg). They are not allowed in communal spaces, including the swimming pool and the beach.
