Review 2：Friendly staff will help with any question. Excellent roof terrace with pools and bar. Great location - everything is in several steps away.

Review 3：10 minutes walk to the beach. Little bit boring place around. No free parking. We can’t use kitchen, it was locked for the key, no even teapot in the room.

Review 5：Parking is strange, it is on a closed field 200m away from the building. Wanted to park there with my audi and 2 suspiciously looking but men asked me if I had some money to give them for bread.. Obviously they did not like me having an audi. No gym facility, not even a basic one So the hotel could have some more civilised parking, as other hotels do in the same area.

Review 9：Good location, beautiful environment, firendly, helpful staff, good qualitity of the buffet breakfast with a fast reloading - although the variety could have been wider. From my side i would recommend to stay with only breakfast included, and have a nice dinner at some Italian restaurant in the town. Perfect view from the top of the hotel. Sandy, slow deeping beach.

Review 10：4 bed room arranged with uncomfortable sofa, room dirty, parking only at 10, poor location for young or family, services offered on the price list weren't available and price absolutely higher for what is offered..I'm used to travel for my job and this hotel is too much expensive.

Review 12：Check out is so slow... With the payment it takes approximately 15 minutes to be checked out, terrible! For 160EUR per room for 2 (B & B) is absolutely overpriced (but I know the prices in August are the highest).

Review 13：Location of the hotel is nice. The beach belonging to the hotel is very close and it's also nice. Good breakfast, good dinner, clean room, perfect balcony, friendly staff.

Review 16：We really enjoyed this hotel. Maybe they could have some more information of how to get to Venice and Caorle. The cheapest way to Venice was to take the local bus and not the bus/boat offer !

Review 17：Very nice and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere. Location was great, a little store next to the hotel and some good restaurants nearby. A short walk to the beach where we always could find sunbeds. We also liked the pool on the roof, water was clean, and you could buy coffee or drinks in the bar. Breakfast was good.

Review 27：The area is very touristy with focus on families with smaller children. Only restaurants that offer pasta and pizza, not too genuine cooking. For eating I would recommend Caorle, very nice community 15 min away by car (to the north).

Review 30：The good thing of the hotel is the location. It's 2mins from the beach. The room was quite comfortable, with the balcony, clean bathroom, small fridge. There are two good restaurants in Eraclea Mare, which we've visited - Marinara, La Conchiglia.

Review 31：As this is a family hotel, with lot of young children, it will not be your first choice in the search for tranquility. The aircondition couldnt be turned off, if so, it automatically turns on in a few miutes. Late check out was possible but the cost equals the half of the price per person and day. It was worth for us, but think about it, if the extra 3 hours are worth the money for you.

Review 32：This hotel has the most stars in the small village of Eraclea Mare. The usual profile of the guests is young families with children and sometimes grandparents too. Privete beach of the hotel - about 200 meters far from the building - provides umbrellas and sunbeds. The car park is in the basement (10 € per day) so when leaving its nice cold in the car. Breakfast has european standard - hot dishes and coldplates, sweets and fruits - which is not usual in Italy. Rooms are standard for a 4star hotel and are quiet (although on the date of our stay ther was a Euro 2012 football match between Italy and Germany we couldnt hear any noise from the fans). Receptionsts speak fluent english and german too. In the evening, on our request they provided us wine glases and a jar with ice for the wine bottle we brought with us. In the hotel should be a pool and a gym which we didnt use.

Review 33：- The breakfast was very poor (2 kind of ham, 1 kind of cheese, 1 kind of sausage, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, bacon, some yogurt and milk with cereals, 2 or 3 kind of fruits, some croissants, coffee, tea) That's very desapointing for a 4* hotel.- the standard price is to high for what they have to offer (small rooms and poor breakfast)

Review 34：- The pool (one for the kids, one for the adults), the pine forest near by, the stuff, the beach.- there are plenty of restaurants in the area offering very good food for good prices.

Review 35：The underground parking is for 10 EURO, but you are offered alternative ground parking for 5 euro. The restaurant is with fixed price and menu. The new, but very cheap furniture which does not work very well.
