Review 1：Rooms need to be repaired. Wardrobe door didn't open. Sink in bathroom leaked. Lounges need replacing. Kitchenette just consists of toaster kettle and microwave nothing else. Under the bed was dirty found tissues and newspaper.

Review 3：The air-con too noisy at night. Can't sleep with it turn on. Even turned it off, but the nosie from next door still lound enough to wake up everyone. Wi-Fi too slow.

Review 6：Advertised a king bed on email I received but they actually have no king bed at all, advertised free wifi but could not get it in our room, parking was a pain as cars too close together and had trouble getting our car into our spot late on Saturaday night as cars all parked too close together. Receptionist quite unfriendly , found it strange couldn't reverse car in to unpack as ""car fumes " supposed to not be suitable. Every where else we have stayed never had this problem

Review 12：The bathroom has very little shelf space and the wash basin was quite small making it a little difficult to fill the jug to boil water, but this is only a minor matter.

Review 13：The Big River Motel is situated about 2 KMs from the town centre, which is a very easy drive. The proprietor was quite welcoming upon my arrival. The queen size bed was comfortable and the room was adequately spacious. The location of the motel was reasonably quiet.

Review 14：The Unit smelled too heavily of cleaning chemocils which many people are sensitive to. Improved by opening the rear door, but needed to be closed overnight for security reasons. Kitchen area very dated.

Review 16：The room was extremely small with no mirrors except one small one up really high in the bathroom which I couldn't reach. Every time a new customer arrived there was a very loud ringing noise. There was nowhere to put suitcases. It was generally noisy. There was no bench space in the bathroom. The wi-fi didn't work properly.

Review 17：Maybe a chair in reception for those struggling with mobility. A chair out the front for people waiting for taxis and courtesy buses, a big part of Echuca.

Review 19：When we booked on line, we found on the computer that we had the last queen sized unit for the night and this wasn't so. Also there was an e-mail saying we could up date to a deluxe for the same price, but when I went into update, we were told it wasn't available.
