Review 1：With airconditioniting it would be perfect when the temperature is above 30 degrees.

Review 4：Whilst the hotel did everything we asked of it, it seems to be trapped in the 1950s and it seems most of the customers and staff have been there since then. I am sure San Remo or Merton would have been a better place to choose to stay
Review 5：Breakfast was non-existent. Went a bit late on day one, not much left and assumed it was because we were a bit late. Went on day two (earlier) and there was still nothing. We were asked to share a single bowl between four, and what was on display would not have fed a sparrow. Staff apathy and rudeness spoiled an otherwise nice hotel. Parking was also difficult!

Review 11：Nice, clean rooms. Modern art on the walls everywhere creating a unique atmosphere. Friendly staff. Very good food. Good location to stay for the Monaco GP - only 12 min drive to the highway (just don't go through Ventimiglia!); overall a 25 min drive, and prices do not spike on the GP weekend like they do closer to Monaco.
Review 12：The hotel team were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was large with high ceilings and an excellent bathroom - little details, like the Ortiga products in the bathroom and the stylish posters on the walls, made the room special, notwithstanding the relatively sparse furnishing. The sea terrace was lovely and sunny.
Review 13：Nothing! I would definitely recommend this hotel. The fact that the beach is shingle could be problem for some people but it wasn't for us.
Review 14：We could park outside the hotel free of charge. A family run hotel with a warm welcome. Our superior room was spacious and very comfortable with tasteful furniture. Large bathroom which was very new. We had a large balcony which overlooked the sea. There is a Primary school below but this caused us no inconvenience whatsoever. The beach was a short walk from the Hotel and there are lots of good restaurants and bars close to the Hotel. The Hotel restaurant is very good with traditional cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. Very clean.
Review 15：Amazing beach side resort,without the hype of other resorts nearby. Beautiful swimming beach,(rocky beach). The hotel was a short walk down hill to the beach. Lovely views from the window. Many restaurants nearby. Supermarket nearby.
Review 16：Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Firenze. One thing to beaware of - if you have a sea view room, there is a daycare/schooldirectly behind and below which can be a bit noisy in the morning.Otherwise, the hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient to the beach andwith lovely views. Would stay here again.

Review 19：The restaurant in the lobby is amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, especially with further travel. They printed out train schedules for us and even recommended a better route. The town itself is a cute little seaside town that appears to be on the up and up with the construction on the beach.
Review 20：Hotel Firenze is a particularly nice family run hotel. It is lovely situated with a sea view from the gourmet restaurant as well as from most of the rooms. The beach is approx. 3 minutes from the hotel. There is a well furnished play room for the children. The rooms are nice and clean.

Review 23：Very warm welkom. The car can be parked in a garage. In a few steps you're on the beach. We had a room on the minus two floor, cool, clean, nice, cosy and comfertable. The hotel has a restaurant with a fantastic sea view. The next day the staff was very helpfull planning our trip!
