Review 1：Gosh the room I was in was tiny (9th floor, 913) but the bed was comfortable. The bed takes up 75% of the useable space in the room. The desk is unmoveable. In the bathroom, sitting on the toilet is almost impossible because the toilet paper roll is jammed against your knees. Who builds these hotels? It's frustrating that these little details are not noticed when hotels are being built. ALSO, at check in, I wanted to check in a bit early (1:30 pm) and the room was cleaned and ready but the desk staff wanted to charge me for checking in early. I quietly protested and was allowed to check in without paying additional...but this practice needs to change. 19 hours is the max for a guest per day and most guest leave before check out time (statistically) so to request additional revenue from a paying guest seems crude and insulting. Just my opinion, but anyone paying for a room would likely agree given the same circumstances.

Review 2：Across the street from both Meitetsu and JR station. Location is primo. Breakfast is pretty good and low key and peaceful (not noisy nor busy). Lots of shops and restaurants in Asty and in easy walking distance. Bus service right out the front door. Convenient.

Review 3：This hotel's single room is smaller compared to other hotels I've stayed in, but the interior is modern and classy. Bathroom is even smaller. Not much space for big luggage.

Review 4：Close to both JR and Meitetsu Gifu stations. Row of restaurants are nearby. Bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff members are very polite and courteous. Their hair dryer is the best! Was not able to use their bicycle due to lack of time but Gifu City is a "bike-able" city.
