Review 1：The staff was super-efficient and helpful. The room and bathroom was as we expected for a building of this era, a little dark and small but had all the facilities one needs and everything worked well. Breakfast was good. The best part of the hotel were the staff.
Review 2：Really friendly and accomodating staff! Good English spoken, beautiful scenery! I had a accident and broke window in morning of leaving! Very considerate, they lost a room for a day as had to fix it but did not charge me even though they could have!! For this I thank them very much and would love to come back sometime soon
Review 3：Air conditioning wasn't very effective but I think there may have been a fault with it at the time we were there. Shutters on the windows meant we could have a nice breeze coming through without bugs getting in anyway.
Review 4：A hidden treasure! We booked one night originally but ended up staying for two. Our experience of the evening meal was fabulous. Amazing food, very knowledgable and friendly service and even our own private dining room! Great little pool giving a great view of the lovely castello building. Could not have asked for more - thanks guys!

Review 6：It's home from home. Matteo did a great job looking after us. The situation is convenient for the motorway. The dinner is great value and the breakfasts are super. The grounds are lovely. The hotel is idiosyncratic but charming.
Review 7：I stayed here with my wife and other wedding guests at a friend's wedding. The staff were helpful, friendly and looked after us very well. The hotel was very romantic - such a pleasant change from chain hotels. The bar was well stocked, good cakes too for breakfast.

Review 28：Address of hotel cannot be found in GPS, hotel looked spooky from outside, there is no elevator service and therefore definitely a no-no for elderly travellers with luggages. Room is nothing fantastic and sound insulation is bad, bad insulation with cold air rushing into the room from under the slit of the door. The bare feet almost suffer from frost bite touching the tile flooring. I wonder how in the first place they gotten a FOUR STARS rating. This is definitely wrong.
