Review 1：The only negative and it has nothing to do with the host or the B&B but not many good restaurants close by
Review 2：Lina the host is great. She shared a lot of information and is very very welcoming. Warm atmosphere
Review 3：At 8 am no one was at reception or present to serve breakfast which was supposed to begin serving at 8. No one answered the phone and reception didn't arrive until 8:30, so we felt stuck until that time in order to have breakfast or even to check out. They were very casual about this aspect of their service.

Review 7：Breakfast was poor quality -- no fruit or yogurt or cheeses or meats. Coffee was from a packet. Water from the faucets not good it had a funny taste. They advertised free wifi but there was no wifi when we got there. The first receptionist ( brown hair) was gruff and did not go out of her way to be helpful. She gave me wrong directions and tried to give me a room which was different from the room I had reserved.

Review 9：It was supposed to have WiFi in the reception area but for a time it was down and then it wouldn't let us connect and no one was there who knew how to resolve the problem. The refrigerator didn't work.
Review 10：We loved the wood floors and ceilings. The kids loved having their own loft and the beautiful grounds to explore. When we couldn't get the internet to work the receptionist allowed us to use her computer for a couple of minutes which was nice.

Review 13：This was a very nice place not far away from airport - just perfect to start the auto journey around Italy (in this case you don't want to drive to Rome). There is also a nice sport complex nearby with a small restaurant, and they give discount when you mention you stay in "Relais Il Casale" :) Especially I want to mention very welcoming staff!
Review 14：There was a very loud wedding party going on in the main building till the early hours, which no-one had told us about. No-where to get a drink or anything.

Review 16：Very hot room. The temperature in the room in the evening was so high that we have problem to sleep. We couldnt get the aircon to work. We was leaving very early in the morning and had our breakfast in advance the night before. The breakfast was very small and boring.

Review 19：The room we had was lovely and large with a seperate lounge area, big bathroom and large bed . Breakfast was also lovely with a large variety. Lovely gardens and outdoor area- 5 minute drive to ruins
