Review 1：The whole experience of staying there is wonderful. The hotel is a surprise, behind a plain wall in a residential neighborhood. The hosts are the best thing about the place. Marlene and Gino are wonderful.

Review 2：Helpful and friendly owners, though limited English so communication was an amusing challenge. Location, but only if you want to be out of central Rome, close to Ostia Antica ruins and/or Fiumicino Airport and experience life in a residential Rome suburb. You will need your own transport.

Review 3：Gino and Marlene welcomed us like honored visitors. Beautiful room, and a complimentary bottle of wine. Gino even drove us to a nearby restaurant and picked us up at the end of our meal. So kind and hospitable!

Review 6：It truly was an oasis and a great place to stay as we headed down to southern Italy. Our host and hostess were extremely friendly and welcoming. We were amazed at beautiful B&B and the way they created a cozy general area. You would have never guessed it was there from outside their gate. We will always remember our romantic dinner (which was greatly complimented with added goodies by our hostess) and the superb breakfast. We were treated like a king and queen and hated to leave. For bikers, the best part was that we were able to park our bike in their garage...very nice perk!

Review 13：We wanted a location close to Ostia Antica ruins. This is a real B&B in the home of Marlena and Gino, and located in a residential part of Ostia. It's less than 10 minutes by car to the ruins. Our room was actually more like an apartment with kitchenette and sitting room. We also had access to a spa tub. Marlena and Gino were excellent hosts and very kind.
