Review 1：The Wifi signal was quite weak in my room and I lost connection a few times

Review 21：I couldn't get the wifi to work. Your website says that there is wifi only in the reception area and not free. This is no longer the case. Wifi in the reception area is now free but requires a login and password as, I was told, required by Italian law. There was wifi in my room but open access and therefore unsafe. I learned all this only when checking out.

Review 22：I was lucky to get a room with a balcony. Only 4 rooms out of 20 on each floor have that. It was also the smoking room I asked for.

Review 24：This was my first visit in 5 years after staying there every year for 25 years whilst travelling on business . It was still the same as I remembered. The restaurant is also excellent . Staff are very friendly and always helpful .
