Review 1：Perfect value for money. Very high standard and great facilities for the budget price. The breakfast just fabulous! The staff was very helpful. The hotel was conveniently located close to best beaches and there were some nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Review 2：Internet was a tad slow. You have to bare in mind that you are miles away from the closest city. Another thing: we had the room next to the toilets, and they tend to get noisy at night, but again we should have mentioned that we needed a house with a view, but then again, nothing to ruin our vacation

Review 9：The distance to Pelosa Beach is approximately 3 km, however, the hotel offers a shuttle service. You say when you want to go to the beach or back and they will drive you. The view from to room to the sea is great. Furthermore, you can have breakfast on the terrace with sea view. The breakfast is awesome. I have never seen such a breakfast, you will find everything you can imagine. Several different croissants, prosciutto, different cheese, müsli, vegetables, fruits, .... you also get really good coffee. Moreover, the rooms are really large and we also had a own terrace. In conclusion, a lovely place to stay!

Review 10：What a service! We decided very late in the evening to visit Asinara the next day. This was not a problem for the young lady at the reception who managed to book our boat trip + an excursion in a landrover for the next morning. Moreover Parkhotel may very well serve the best breakfast in the whole of Italy! The parking facilities on the premises make life easy :)

Not to mention the delicious breakfast, which was served on a beautiful open area with sea view. Don't forget to order their coffee. It was the best we had in Italy.

Review 25：Our room was quite dark and cave-like, especially because all the curtains and blinds where closed when we arrived. It would be a good idea to ventilate the room and open the blinds before the guest arrive (first impressions are everything!). The suggested excursions were always the same ones and when we asked about an excursion we had seen on a poster, the staff did not know it and did not seem to eager to investigate further. The same with the restaurants in Stintino: the ones they suggested are good but we found a wonderful restaurant at a half an hour walk from the hotel (in the opposite direction of Stintino): l'Ancora Porticciolo. It is very chique, lovely staff & views and not expensive at all! La Pelosa beach is indeed quite nice but crowded! A bit further down the road (closer to the tower) there is a similar, smaller beach that is much calmer (and without people trying to sell you things). The breakfast at the hotel was nice, but we missed HOT scrambled eggs and a coffee machine. You have to ask the staff for a coffee each time and sometimes it took a while. The terrace is nice but the flowers attract a lot of wasps, which was unpleasant. We would also turn the tent on the terrace the other way because it kind of blocked the nice view. The WIFI in the room is almost inexistent: we inquired about it twice, but the staff did not make any plans to fix it. There are lots of channels on the TV, but not one of them is in English - all of them are Italian. The location is nice but if you don't have a car, it is hard to get anywhere. One day we took the bus to Alghero (which is worth visiting, though). The pool is nice, but you have to jump over a low electric wire to get there (to keep wild pigs out)! Dangerous for people with children. A small gate would be a better idea.

Review 26：Friendly staff. We did not have the time to prepare our trip so the hostess Simona helped us with planning different excursions. She booked for us and was always ready with info when we needed it (about buses, car rentals, things to do,...). The rooms are very clean, they are cleaned every day by very friendly cleaning ladies. There is a shuttle bus to Pelosa beach that takes you and comes to pick you up whenever you want, which was nice. The owner of the hotel herself even drove us to the harbour for our excursion to Asinara Island. Our room looked out at the garden and we had a small terrace. It is not entirely separated from the neighbours but you still have enough privacy. The pool is not part of the same hotel, but belongs to the neighbouring hotel (also owned by the owners of Park Hotel Asinara). It is a two minutes walk, clean, quiet and there are enough sun beds. A nice place to relax in the sun for a couple of hours.

Review 30：We were lucky and stayed in a very nice room with sea view and saw the sun rise over the ocean every morning. The room was tidy and cleaned daily. The breakfast was copious, with both sweet (croissants, cake, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, jam, honey..) and hearty treats (Sardinian sausage, bacon, ham and cheese...). The cappuccino was freshyl brewed and good. The personnel was very friendly and obliging. They truly tried to make our stay perfect - and accomplished exactly that. Free shuttle to Pelosa beach, without long waiting times. Our full recommendation for this hotel!

Review 31：The area around the hotel was completely dead and closed. (We were there at the end of Sept). It was only a 20 minute walk into the pretty harbour village though, so not a problem.

Proximity from the road cannot be felt at all (the hotel is on hill, lower than the road, so no worry to have about that).
