Review 1：The room was not what we expected, there was mould on several spots, the shower door didn't work properly. The whole property could also do with a little clean up, our room had a view on an ugly concrete construction surrounded with some rubish, which is a shame because the surroundings are beautifull. The pool was also not working (which ws not a problem because it was to cold anyhow, but the bottom was covered in green stuff..)

Review 3：The hosts were amicable and did not invade our privacy. "B&B" was actually our own suite with bedroom, full bath, kitchen with dining table in a fair sized room. The view was like one anticipates of rural Italy- this did not disappoint. I would stay here again and longer.
Review 4：Very helpful owners, Marcello and Laura, provided everything we asked for. Beautiful site looking out over the Tuscan hills. Accommodations were simple but pleasant. You need to be aware this is not a luxury B&B - meant for travelers who want simple pleasures in a beautiful setting. Oh yes, it is also a bit hard to find.
