Review 1：This hotel is for ASIANS ONLY! First night in, the staff had us wait in the lobby for well over 1/2 hour while they looked for ANYWHERE ELSE for us to eat saying we needed to make 'reservations' for their buffet dinner. We watched as they accommodated everyone else to overflow seating in their lobby.

Review 3：Location is terrible. Restaurant are always full, surrounding has limited food outlets within walking distance, and they are usually full too. Hotel don't offer room service, at least not that I can find the menu in there. If you need food in evening without having to travel far, that's a bad choice to stay.

Review 9：We stayed for 2 days and the hotel was beautiful! Our room looked out over the river and you could see Gifu castle on top of nearby Mount Kinka, the room was lovely and the staff were all really helpful!

Review 26：I as in a conference in Gifu and the hotel is adjacent to the city's convention centre. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with a great mix of oriental and western food.
