Review 1：Hotel complex needs investments - rooms, wardrobes, safe lockers dont work at all. Rooms have not fridges. They should serve better food, it was tasty only in 50%, food looks better than tastes. Hotel staff absolutely dont speak english (except receptionist) - all info even on flipcharts only in italian, also animations. If you ask whoever on something, you will not get answer, only "me not speak english"... italisn mentality? If you would like to swim in the pool - you must buy special swimming cap in their shop (why guests are bothered on holiday by this upselling in 21st century?). Bar staff - especially men, not kind at all. Be careful, hotel will charge you another 7 EUR per person per day for "club card". WiFi some days was broken.

Review 2：Very nice location and beach, precise cleaning ladies and nice receptionists.

Review 3：Lack of parasols on the beach. Rooms with bad space utilization (a decorative fireplace in a beach hotel?), deteriorated furniture and over the bed what looked like a page taken from a car workshop schedule - the picture of a woman's bust, in a sensual pose. Too microscopic bathroom.

Review 4：The beauty of the resort, the well-designed architecture of the social areas, the variety and quality of the meals, the kindness of the staff. A special mention to the hairdresser, so kind as competente, and whose services I highly recommend.

Review 5：Long check-in time (4 hours) since 2.00 o'clock PM til 6.00 to get the room. Short opening time for the restaurant at lunch and dinner time.

Review 8：Great staff, brilliant pool and excellent sea swimming. Sports facilities are excellent. We were the only British guests. 98% of guests were Italian, so well behaved and no drinking culture!

Review 9：It is not made clear from the onset that it is more a resort with loud music all day etc as this is not ideal for a young and yet mature couple who want to relax. The rooms hardly have windows and could be refurbushed.

The separate pizza restaurrant wasn't open in June and the Masseria (Ranch) was only open 1 night per week and at additional cost - didn't find it worth it.
