Review 4：The facilities are really dated, especially the bathroom. It had an unusable bathtub, it was very small with a sloping shape and no curtains.
Review 5：This is a family run hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. They accommodated our late arrival (midnight) without a problem. The breakfast was excellent. It is in a very nice location, right beside Aosta, good for visiting the Italian Alps. Make sure to ask for the Wi-fi code on the bottom of the router, which they don't advertise that they have.
