Review 1：The pool was great but there was no staff , the ashtrays were not cleaned out next to the sunbeds. I had the feeling that there was only one guy doing everything. Definitely understaffed. At the reception they told us the spa was fully booked but it turns out that there was no one working it so there was no spa... You must book in advance (as in before your stay) if you want to use a massage or any of the spa facilities like the sauna.

Review 2：The room was great, especially the bed. The airconditioning was great since the temperatures outside were over 35 degrees C. The interior design modern and elegant (maybe a little too much in some places). Most of all, loved the pool and the gym. Extremely close to the Mcarthur Glen designer shopping outlet!

Review 3：we have some problem with the free wifi. it is free, but we get the connection very slowly. the wifi-system is strange.

Review 7：Hotel advertises airconditioning but at this time of the year it is unavailable yet would be convenient for a short time to dehumidify the room after showers and to cool the room as it was too hot for sleeping comfortably - even in October - especially with the winter doona provided. We were staying at the hotel for 8 days and staff did not provide any real acknowledgement or personalisation of service. The hotel works best as an impersonal overnighter, not for long term stays. Cleanliness needs improvement - eg we saw three rooms and all three had a ring of black mould around the shower grouting which gave a dreadful impression of cleanliness overall. Breakfast was very simple and uninspiring - canned fruit, cereals, basic bread, hams and packet cheeses. We had nice coffee though.

Review 9：Location is really great-close to the exit of the highway, close to McArthur and 5 minutes by car to San Dona. Receptionist was nice and profesional and create really warm welcome atmosphere. In our room was everything we needed for one night stay, didn't miss anything. Diner in the restaurant at the corner of hotel was delicious and served as expected.

Review 36：I do not like the fact we needed to pay extra for wellness, which should be (as it is in most hotels) included in price that is payed for room, or it must be clearly indicated in the description on the Booking's website. The girl in wellness told us not to speak inside even all the other guests was talking all the time.
