Review 1：The only problem we had was the wifi. It was very slow and it didn't work in the evening twice.
Review 2：Residence Letizia is a fantastic place. The facilities are great and the place is spotless. The swimming pool is always clean.Great for families with kids.The town is very close to Menaggio where you can take the ferry to Bellaggio, Como and other places around the lake.
Review 3：We loved the scenery! The balcony was situated on three sides of the appartment (We stayed in the appartment on the first floor). Good views on the Como lake. The appartment is good equipped and very clean. Close to tourist attractions like: Villa Balbianello, Isla Comacina, Villa Carlotta etc. Marco, who lives on the property, is very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this appartment to friends.
Review 4：We had 2 apartments and both had very small coffee makers. I would suggest for the larger apartments, a larger coffee maker! And if that was our only complaint, you can surely see how much we enjoyed this place!
Review 5：The apartments are very large and spacious and fully equipped. The views from the balconies are stunning and a perfect place for morning coffee and evening dinner. Marco, Gloria and Manuela were very courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend Residence Letizia and are already checking our dates for the next trip!

Review 7：Manuela the owner of villa Leticia was a lovely host kind and willing to offer her help also her brother who lives at the villa was ready to assist in any way. The villa itself is a gem overlooking the lake in a peaceful really peaceful neighborhood. It's a place for rest and contemplation but also near enough to other villages such as Leno and Menaggio who offer more night life . We enjoyed everysecond of our stay and recommend it strongly. The villa's apartment has two bedrooms and a large living room 2 bathrooms and a full equiped kitchen and a dining room who can accommodate 6 persons with comfort. Lovely place.

Review 9：The Letizia deserves all the high scores and recommendations it gets, all my companions praised me for finding and choosing this place. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment (for 6) on the first floor, it had two bathrooms and everything from equipment through cleanliness to the wifi was excellent. Manuela was not only nice and very correct, she was generous to us. Have a lovely stay!

Review 22：Really minor details: - a shelf or two would be useful in the lounge - we had the flat just next to the road and the noise of the car could be disturbing if you are not used to live close to traffic.
Review 23：Excellent stay in this lovely place, the residence is well located and offers everything you need for a very reasonnable price (C-type flat). Manuela was really helpful with her recommandations on spots to visit.
Review 24：We had an excellent stay there. The place is very well located tucked in against the mountains and with an excellent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. We were six people (3 adults and 3 kids). We had A1 apartment with 140M2. It was huge and there was an equally big terrace from the two bedrooms overlooking the mountains and another terrace in front overlooking the lake. The rooms were well equipped and very clean. All looked brand new. The pool is also well kept. The owner was very friendly and professional. Upon arrival, she gave all the information we needed to explore the area and make the most of our stay there. We had small children. There is a wonderful park just 5 minutes walk away, tennis courts and a small bar/cafe. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Review 27：The location us excellent, easy to visit all the major sights on the west side of Lake Como. The accommodation again was excellent, well stocked kitchen, large bathroom, ideal for young families. I would highly recommend this place.
Review 28：Maybe just bad luck, but we got very noisy neighbours for the wholeweek. Twice we had to go and ask them to be quiet in the middle of thenight. The host family was very kind and understood the problem andhelped to get the message through. We recommend some written rules to begiven to future guest considering the times of silence.

Review 30：The floors were really dirty - no walking with only socks on orbarefoot, or playing on the floor, which was very difficult withchildren. Too few warm blankets. The flat was meant for 8 adults, butthere were only 4 proper beds + a weak bunk bed + 2 sofas to sleep on atthe living room.

Ourappartment (type a) was very spacious with 2 large bathrooms. Thekitchen was well equipped. Final cleaning was included in the prize.Good value for the money at least during the off-season.
