Review 1：I did not appreciate the non refund policy after I was forced to change my plans. I gave over two weeks notice and still the policy was enforced. This facility should not be able to advertise in booking.com who have a fully refunding policy

Review 2：Lovely staff/manager who changed our room for us on checking in so that it would be easier for me with the luggage and easier for my dad to access room. Newer motel that is spotless. Dinner in on site restaurant was lovely.

Review 3：Like at most other motels there is insufficient storage to unpack one's gear when staying longer than one night.

Review 4：It is obviously a fairly new and up to date motel. The staff is very friendly and supportive.

Review 5：Our room was not serviced daily as expected and we could not find a tag for the door in our room. We were only provided with 2 towels for 3 nights and had to go looking for housekeeping staff to ask for clean towels. The TV offered very limited stations and no movies which was very disappointing on a wet windy day indoors.

Review 6：The hotel was situated in a good position in the town of Bairnsdale. The rooms were modern and comfortable especially the bed and thr bathroom was of a generous size. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Review 8：Very comfortable and spacious room. Bed was huge and felt like sleeping on a cloud. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The attached restaurant provided first class dining at a great price.

Review 10：I was pretty impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness. I indicated that I was coining in late, so Madlen rang to confirm arrangements for picking up the key and to give me the number for a local taxi. When I arrived it was wet and cold, so it was lovely to come in and find the heating on. Overall it's comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

Review 14：Good quality modern fittings in a spacious ground floor 2 bedroom room. Staff very helpful, and small gym well appointed too. Restaurant was mostly booked out...a good sign, although we did not get to dine there. Spacious car parking. Tasty Vietnamese takeout across the road.

Review 15：We had the best time in Bairnsdale and having such a lovely room to come back from a busy day of sight seeing just made the holiday better. The room it's self was the perfect size and the bed comfortable and a beautiful modern bathroom.

Review 26：The room was a bit stuffy, also the smell of smoke from people smoking on the grounds was overwhelming. No smoking is allowed in the rooms, but by the smells inside our room, it made me wonder. The building is smoke free, but not the grounds outside. We were on the ground floor.

Review 27：The room and the bed are very comfortable, bathroom was clean and well stocked with all your needs including shampoo, conditioner, shower gell and a lovely hand and body moisturiser.

Review 31：Staff on arrival were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The dinner was delicious and well priced as was the wine list. Breakfast was huge, judged by my partner to be the best cooked breakfast she had had in many years.

Review 32：Felt like we were being watched at all times. Staff kept an eye on us when we were going out or coming back and whose coming back with us. My friend was having a cigarette on the balcony doesn't prove that he stayed the night in our room but we paid extra anyway to save the argument. Won't be staying there again.

Review 50：We were at the very back of the motel tucked up a drafty alleyway ,the noise from the neighbours went on till well after midnight , our window was on the fence line so we herd everything , power tools being use till all hours ,loud talking and swearing till well after midnight , had an early start next day, but got no sleep till 1am
