Review 1：They were upgrading the B&B as I was leaving, so the problems will not exist - the door to the street will be blocked up for even more privacy. The sounds from the street (dogs barking, people passing) will be eliminated. The building is small and old but charming. I was staying for events in the local town, but for someone without car, you'll have to walk 10 minutes downhill to train station for a train into Florence.

Review 2：Carlo and Agirim are truly the sweetest, most eager to please B&B hosts. They were responsive to all my requests. Carlo even kindly picking me up and dropping me off in his car, as B&B Casa Fei is not so easy to find on top of a small hill. I rated location highly as Signa is a charming small town which I loved. (Carlo's ancestors have lived here generations). Staying here let me experience local life. The area is perfectly safe and charming. My room was on the ground floor , very large, enough to fit a family and had a couch, a bed, dresser and closet. Lots of hot water in shower. It was getting cold so I was given a portable heater. Breakfast was lovely, toast and croissant, egg, tea and coffee.

Review 3：Super nice and helpful owners! (English speaking!) Charming medevial house in old part of a quiet, friendly, small Tuscany town of Signa. Only 15 minutes by train to Florence, trains go very often. Train station walking distance, and when you have baggage the owner drives you there. Great restaurants walking distance as well. Great solution if you want to spend day or days in Florence but prefer quiet evening in non tourist local atmosphere. We hope to come again!

Review 4：Carlo and his family were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the very beginning. The room was lovely, although you could hear every noise in the street at night due to the old construction (which really, was part of the charm). The breakfast was as sweet as we found italian culture to be, in this authentic little village that gave us a bigger notion of what Italy really is, apart from the mainstream culture of all the big cities we had visited. All in all, we loved our stay and highly recommend it! Our warm regards to Carlo, wife and kids! :) Raiany & Grzegorz
