Review 1：The room was cold (January). The central heating took hours to take the chill off, and even then the bathroom was unacceptably cold. Then the heating was turned off late at night and was not on again in the morning. Breakfast looked ok, but was largely composed of packaged items; there was little that was home-made or home-prepared. Management can use very little English - thank God for Google Translate! Management cannot smoke on the premises! Generally, there was a feeling from several little instances that management was not really on the ball about catering to the needs of travellers.
