Review 1：The cleanliness in general could be improved. We tried to use the oven to cook in and it was unusable. Full of grime and dust that omited a strong smoke and smell.
Review 2：Plenty of extras, soap shampoo coffee tea milk etc. It was a nice quite place to stay. Also plenty of room and amenities, ( washer drier dishwasher )

Review 12：The units is like small apartment. It has kitchen, dining table, 2 bedrooms, heater blanket, dining room. The unit is so clean and just 15 minutes drive to 12 apostles.
Review 13：the house we stayed was like up from the ground. not like other houses in this hotel were on the ground. I think it waw because we booked the 4 people house. if you have more people, I suggest you to book the house which contains more people and they are quite new.

Review 19：Please be very carefull about their price on the website, which do not metion any detail&clear information about extra person charge, and you will be charged $20+ on site with every extra one person when you arrive. The lady with very bad service said to me that it is a technical problem with Booking.com that customer cannot change the no. of people with Summers Rest Units, which you can only select max. 2, and it looks there are plenty of beds in one unit. They did metion extra charges apply to extra people, but they do not want to tell you the price and you cannot change the no. of prople from 2 to 3 or more. I personally think it is a trick that they want to attract customer with low price on the website and no. of beds, but iberately conceal additional costs! What's more, the cleanliness is another problem that toilet with body odors and much scales in the kettle.

Review 21：The house size for six was good, however the house was dated and could do with a freshen up, however in general it suited our needs.

Review 24：The furnishings were out of the fifties and had seen better days. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, there was nowhere to hang clothes and no drawer space. Also there was an unpleasent pervasive smell throughout the room.

Review 29：Friendly staff. Quiet location on the outskirts of town but easy to walk a few blocks to the centre where all the restaurants and shops are. The unit we had was 2 bedroom with a queen size double in one room, and bunk beds and a single bed in the other room to cater for up to 3 kids. The lounge area is comfortable and there is free parking for the car just outside. The wifi was free but limited by time to 2 lots of 2 hours per day which was plenty for us but on a rainy day when you're inside a lot it wouldn't be enough. There's a washing machine, dryer and laundry tub with a clothes line out the back on the deck. Bring your own pegs. We found it perfect for a two night stay while visiting all the sites along the coast. Lovely thick towels in the bathroom. Plenty of hot water but the bathroom is a long narrow space between the kitchen and the laundry.
Review 30：Pictures show stone houses; however, we had to stay in the only wooden one; quite unpleasant surprise, so please check carefully which one you are booking

Review 35：Cigarettes butts in the ash tray outside. Someone coming and sitting on the back verander during the night . There was a red back spider in the second bedroom cupboard. There was a lot of bugs in the room. The internet did not work even after we complained.

Review 37：A bad experience I came to the hotel is at 8 o 'clock in the afternoon.The hotel has no any service for my check-in, I found the front desk, call the phone asked check-in room is which one,but no one answered , I can't find any information about my house number,.All the room is empty and lights on . The next morning, a hotel staff knocked at the door and told us we lived the wrong room. We must pay for extra $60, and took me back to the front desk,show me the a notice that wrote my room number . I am quiet sure no one notice on the window of the front desk at last night . So I told the fact to this lady . She told me she can give me more preferential $20, I only need to pay $40. I try to contact booking.com. But this lady said either we pay for cash $40 or she call the police.She request we can not use credit card. We aslo can't get more fees invoice. I decide to paid the $40, left the hotel. This is true.

Review 44：As u drive in it looks quite nice. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. We came there at about 4:20pm and the reception was closed. There was a written letter that we are in Unit #5. And that the room is open with the keys on the table. As we realised what Unit #5 is, we were shocked! It's like a shed with some chairs and a table in it. A really small bedroom and a shower. The size is about you have it in a caravan. We asked for another unit and the woman on the phone said you can have a upgrade for $20 more. We did it, because there is no way you can have a good sleep in that Unit #5. Be aware if you book there, because there is nothing on the website, showing this old kind of shed! I would never book there again!
