Review 1：Super Relais Stella didn't have WiFi connection in the room we got, but the staff agreed to move us to another of their hotel for the same price where WiFi was available.

Review 2：The remote location from Firenze to relax. The parking. Very helpful staff.

Review 3：Hot water didn't work and there was nobody to contact with, (There isn't a reception if you want to contact them you have to call a number... In my opinion few profesional...) we had to had a shower with cool water it was really bad!
