Review 1：Unreliable Wi-Fi (it had to be rebooted frequently).

Review 2：See above-- plus great base of operations to visit Etruscan ruins and museum a few km to the south-- and for visit to Pisa and the Carrara marble quarries to the north.

Review 6：We arrived late evening yet Bruna and her husband cooked us a fantastic meal with wine at a fantastic price and no rush. They both spent time explaining the meal and local ingredients. The room was clean and had all the facilities we required. Then the breakfast was simple but tasty and as much as you wanted. Thanks for your hospitality, lovely people

Review 7：Wonderful location, hosts so helpful & friendly. Nothing was too much for them. We stayed for 11 nights - was great for touring Tuscany and enjoying local beach. Was also excellent place for one or two night stays. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Review 8：The price is bit higher then in case of comparable accomodation standard in other Italian areas but here in Quercianella you cannot find cheaper options.

Review 9：Very nice location. Quiet green area in about 500 m from the main street connecting Grosseto and Livorno. Owner Bruna is very kind and polite person, always ready to help. The appartement was very clean, spaceous, with nice new equipment.

Review 11：Really warm welcome by the hosts! Excellent location, just 15 minutes down the hill to the sea (but more getting up the hill later), very quite area with trees around the house. Really excellent Dinner on-site, with a beautiful view. Definitely a location to come back in the future. This was a really relaxing place on our trip through Italy.

Review 12：It was a bit chilly, but they had a heater in the bedroom. The bathroom never dried out so we had to leave the door open to dry our towels. All fixable minor inconveniences. The wifi was temperamental but that could also have been my device. After the first night, I was able to connect no problem.

Review 13：Great location, just far enough away from the city to be country but close enough to be within an hour drive of Pisa, Lucca, 2 hrs from cinque terre, and great, quiet, non tourist beaches. The train station at Livorno is very simple to get to by car for adventures away from the area. Bruna, her husband, and their German Shepard Mec (sp?) are very friendly, made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were a treat, nothing like what we have in the US. The produce, meats, and breads were all locally grown, local meats or home made. I would stay here again, my first choice.
