Review 1：the unreal amount of arrogance of the staff, they told me that booking.com only booked one night, they also said that I canceled my second nights stay when I did not im disabled and was left with no where to stay in Germany and im English, it was shocking to be called a liar and I left myself with nowhere to stay on purpose, I cant walk, is a big reason that I would not.

Review 3：Staff were excellent, and helped us with all our needs.wifi was good. Transport was good, but it was a little further than we realised, if catching transport be aware of bus timetables.Supermarket and shopping outlets next door.

Review 7：Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and towels were replaced daily. We were only staying 2 nights but ended up staying 4 nights. Lots to see in Milan. Expo 2015, and a day trip to St Moritz. It was well worth it, train price and the views of the trip to St Moritz. Bus stop close by and a shopping centre next door.

Right beneath the hotel there's auchan supermarket providing with practically anything and there is a shopping mall. Pharmacy too.Hotel has microwave in lobby. One can buy from supermarket and heat up. Bike rental available. Clean hotel. Rooms spacious. Not far from lago di Como and lago di lecco... Just off autostrada. Coffee machine downstairs in lobby. During the weekend one could get a discount if booking breakfast from the previous day.

Review 16：Wifi didn't have signal in my room (on the hallway yes), and so did tv (BBC and CNN were losing signal all the time). They also don't have gluten free products for breakfast.

You wait for the lift (up to several minutes) get to your floor, find out the code does not work, wait for the lift, get back to the reception, the receptionist gives you another code, you wait several minutes for the lift, get to your floor and pray this time it wiorks... I've stayed several times and this story took place each and every time.

Review 19：Good breakfast, but you must overcome the enormous cue at the coffee machine... Scrambled eggs and sausages are cold and there is no mw oven to heat them up.

Review 28：Expensive and average breakfast, no fridge/minibar in the room, there was a brown stain on the floorcarpet. No bar, no restaurant, just a little snack shop with chips and chocolate. Instead of the fancy TV and wall paint, I'd prefer a minibar in the room.

Review 29：Good reach from motorways, nice bathroom, professional staff. It's located in a joint facility with Auchan, so if you arrive by the time Auchan is open, you can buy everything you need entering the next door to hotel entrance.

Review 33：Don't stay here if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to Milan, the hotel is pretty far from the train station in Monza without much around besides a shopping center. Room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke too.

Review 89：Hard to find parking if you don't know where it is ;) There is majorroad construction on the way to the hotel and it may be hard to findyour way if you travel from north and just use you gps. Settingavoidance when you hit road construction - helps.

Review 90：Very nice hotel. Fast check-in, you can stay till 12:00, no check-outreqired. Big free underground parking. Hotel located on top of ashopping mall, so you can do shopping in the evening, or use one of therestaurants.

Review 91：Getting to centre of Milan may be a little time consuming but we were prepared for that and didn't expect anything else in that matter concerning the price of the hotel. It also sounds easy (we were advised to drive to the small town nearby where the subway line starts - Sesto san Giovanni) but can be tricky, because it is hard to find free parking place near the station, even private paid parking lots were full.

Review 92：Convenient, big and free secure underground parking lot. Friendly, English speaking staff. Surprisingly for Italian standards they serve scrambled eggs (from powder but still) and sausage for breakfast, however breakfast is not included in the room price. Rooms are modern, simple and clean. As the hotel is located in a shopping mall it's easy to spot on your way. Monza F1 track is 5 minutes drive away.

Review 97：Half of the rooms are facing a busy motorway, but windows are well insulated, so there is not much noise disturb. Breakfast is not included. Staff friendly but slow and inefficient. Terrible and gloomy subterranean parking three levels below street.

Review 98：A six-storey hotel just above a big shopping centre, which is however all embedded in the subterranean and what you see on one side is a beautiful park built on its "roof" (in fact street level). Air condition system is good and well-balanced. Good wi-fi for free.

The hotel itself is situated nextdoor to an indoor shopping centre that has everything you might need.The trip into milan from the hotel was a little difficult and timeconsuming but worthwhile - bus to a train to the tubes then you arrivein the centre!

Review 101：We had to change room first because it was raining inside the room under the window. The free WiFi was quite slow and free parking in the shopping malls garage was a little bit hard to find at first. The elevator didn't work from the garage, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.
