Review 1：It was gorgeous, lots of privacy in the room and it was huge as well. Iloved the floor to ceiling doors made of very quality material... Withgorgeous stone on the wall. The pool was huge, like a lake. Never saw ahotel pool like this one. The people were all super nice and helpful.Plus the guy at the desk spoke very good English (seems to be a rarityhere in Italy) and was just delightful.

Review 3：This is a four star hotel with service one would only expect to find in a six star hotel. Anything one asked of the staff was handled pleasantly and efficiently. It seemed that all they wanted was for their guests to enjoy their stay. Special mention to Paolo and Laura.

Review 4：Hi there I would recommend that the hotel adds fresh Orange Juice and more choice of fresh fruit to the breakfast. Also, I got laundry done at the hotel (as the laundrette in the village was closed) and I thought the cost of the laundry was expensive.

Review 5：The hotel staff were really helpful and kind. The pool is great. The bungalows and beds were very comfortable and clean. The lunches were great.

Review 6：I was a bit disappointed getting a bungalow that did not look like in the photos from the website. No replacement was given. Also, the value for money does not match in my opinion.

Review 8：Chidcare? Fishing? Billiards? Windsurfing? Private beach? Horse riding? Games room? None of this is offered by the hotel. Booking.com misled us into thinking the hotel provided all these services. The hotel did have a flyer for diving excursions but none of the staff had a clue how to book it, so I drove into town and found the company myself. If we had not had a car, we'd have had a thoroughly miserable week.

Review 9：The pool. Fortunately, we had a car so we were not stuck in a remotely located hotel with very few facilities. We made our own fun. Found things to do elsewhere.

Review 11：The staff were always ready to help and very friendly. The grounds itself are set out really nicely and the bungalows give you a sense of privacy. All though we didn't use the pool it looked really nice and is unite large for a hotel pool. The location is not good if you are not driving, but is perfect for exploring coastal areas. Hotel beach is very close by and has beautiful white sand. If you prefer something quieter, you will find lots of sma beaches all along the Adriatic Coast. Ortranto is close by and can be reached by little transport tuktuk like cars which the hotel staff can help you arrange.

Review 18：Reception- no sign as to where it was. Turned out to be this big blob that we thought was security. They got the bill wrong at the end too. The accommodation is in ...not chalets as such but individual units with hedging around. Rooms are quite dark and a bit basic but clean but with a comfy bed. Some of the units have kitchen facilities.

Review 19：The pool really is as big as it looks with many loungers available at the end of June and kept very clean. Breakfast was extensive and probably the best we'd come across in a week's touring at that stage.

Review 20：It's a short drive out from the town, and short drive to a beach. So you do need a car. If you have one, no problems as there is free parking.
