Review 1：The cleanliness was immaculate and the hotel very tastefully furnished.The hotel is a family business and we met two of the sisters who were positively charming

Review 7：Very pleasant and comfort stay: staff were very kind, room was clean, quiet, beautiful location. They had all I needed. Your Roma stay will be much happier here, don't need to stay in the centre. There are some supermarkets and restaurants nearby (Chinese buffet restaurant is also nice)

Review 17：In the past I have already been a guest of the hotel and the reason I return is because the hotel is run properly, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Location is quite. Suggestion: A bar facility would be helpfull to relax in the evening with a glass of wine.

More like a B&B.

Probably one of the best values we have encountered on this trip. We are hiking the Via Francigena, and this hotel is very near the trail.

Review 62：Everything was great. From the moment we got there, the lady on the front desk was so lovely and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and we also had a little balcony. The wifi and free parking was good too. All in all a great place to stay.

Review 63：Everything! The staff was great. The room was clean and fresh. Ours even had a patio to the front yard! Almost everyone there spoke English well!! It is in a very quiet area, so I could sleep well, yet quite close to the trains to take you to the center of Roma! Breakfast was extensive and the automatic coffee machine they have available 24 hours is incredible, it grinds the coffee, brews it and steams your milk for you!! Where do I buy one of those?? The restaurants in the area were wonderful, also! Did I mention the staff was great??

Review 66：There are no warm breakfast items.Off the beaten tracks. No decent restaurants in walking distance. We were grossly overcharged at the Trattoria near the train station. Good restaurant, but additional items on the bill.

Review 68：Room was dreadful. We were given a room near the kitchen and breakfast area making it noisy. Paper thin windows. Glass was loose in frames and rattled every time you opened or closed the door. Breakfast as bad as the room. Not recommended
