Review 1：Villa Cassia di Baccano is a beautiful guest house located on a scenic estate. The property is very old but the rooms are extremely modern, well designed, and beautifully furnished. The property is squeaky clean. There isn't a speck of dust anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities are just as good as a 4-5 star hotel, however, it's quiet and intimate like a B & B. I found this place on a last-minute search and was very happy to find it. The rest of my family stayed at a certain 4.5-star resort a few kilometres away and told me that they wish they had stayed at this place!
Review 2：Great hosts and villa in Tuscany! had the place to ourselves and I'm sure we were upgraded to suite 116 which is fantastic and huge, you need a car but loads of places nearby to visit and the quality of food in the nearby restaurants was exceptional

Review 5：A superb hotel in a quiet, convenient location. Wonderful grounds and perfect outdoor pool. Service and support by the hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast room was very pleasant and the breakfast menu was well above average for Italy. Rooms were large, airy and cleaned daily.Excellent wifi connection throughout the hotel rooms and grounds. Location perfect for visiting historical Tuscany and a number of top quality restaurants within 10 minutes drive. Highly recommended.

Review 14：The accommodation is on two levels with the bedroom and bathroomupstairs in the rafters, so there is no natural light and not much air.Downstairs the large sitting room and small kitchenette are minimallyequipped for self-catering. The reception is only manned occasionallyand not at all in the evening. There is a busy road running right bythe rooms.

The swimming pool is open from May until October. Pool towels can be hired from the hotel reception.Reception is open from 08:30 until 13:00 and 15:00 until 18:00. Check in time is between 15:00 to 18:00. If you will be arriving outside of these hours, please inform the hotel using the contact details on your booking confirmation.Any extra guests to the apartment must be communicated at the time of booking.
