Review 1：I was horrified by the unpainted, neglected state of the apartment, probably not used for years. Very dirty, old patio furniture and old rubbish/wood dumped next to it as well as smelly, stagnant pool of water. The apartment was very dark, no windows, so mouldy we could not breathe. The furniture so outdated/ shabby it was like horror movie. Can't believe they would rent to clients. Absolutely nothing like the brochure images! Could not stay there with my elderly mother, shocking indeed! We were charged £100 for this shocking experience, then had to fork out another £124 for a hotel until alternate accommodation could be arranged.

Review 3：Staff not very helpful when trying to find accommodation. A/C was just a water cooler so only worked in the morning when temp was at its coolest. Cooking facilities very basic only 2 gas burners.

Review 5：The A/C was not working and when we told the staff, they sent maintenance while we were out who said it was working (and it was not). The loft in our Los Angeles apartment was too hot to sleep. When we asked for a fan, were told there wasn't one available. The kitchenette was actually a little electric camp-style double burner and a sink. Soap for dishes was not provided and the dishes were all dirty. We had a slight ant problem with them coming into the apartment even though I swept after eating and the mosquitoes were horrific - even with repellent we were all eaten alive! (Maybe spraying the area would be helpful or planting natural bug-repellent plants).

Review 6：The property was quiet and the pool was nice and the animals were fun for our youngest to observe. The refrigerator was nice to have. After I was told we had to pay for the pool, I questioned the front desk staff and they gave me a refund. Also, the shuttle to and from the train station was great to have! The staff were all pleasant.

Review 7：Takes a little longer to get around, make sure you time your travel with the shuttle bus times- it stops for lunch between 1-3pm

Review 14：Nothing! We didn't have any problems at all, though we couldn't get a stable wifi connection, probably not their fault. No problems with mosquitoes either as we had a plug in mozzy killer and arm bands.
