Review 1：Food variable: can be excellent, but suffers when they are catering for tour groups. Very strange road access.

Review 3：High quality facilities which suited our needs. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant staff efficient but gave poor advice regarding the size of meals when we clearly were looking for smaller portions.

Review 4：Pool area closing early, especially when a wedding on. Area is beautiful so understand but for guests sad we didn't enjoy til late.

Review 14：WiFi only available in the lobby area. No in-room room service menu (have to phone someone and get them to bring it up, then you have to make a decision there and then). Limited menu.

Review 16：Very limited diner menu, lack of power points in bedroom, had to unplug TV to use laptop. No tea / coffee facilities in bedrooms, no switch for room lights beside bed. Difficult to find, sigage very poor, long way from town, but didn't seem to be much in town anyway! Piles of rubbish (actually a mountain about 20 metres by 5 metres by 2 metres high) underneath bedroom balcony, maybe the garbage collectors were on strike as noticed similar all around town but it could have been better managed, the hotel was mostly empty so why use the bedrooms that are directly above a stinking pile of rubbish.

Review 18：The hotel was location far away from the center of the city which makes it difficult for tourists. It was also very difficult to find. It is designed really for the Bussiness traveler- in fact there were multiple conferences going on while we were there. We found the staff totally disinterest and not particularly helpful. Our room although nice was situated above where they stored the trash. It was very unpleasant to be awakening to the screeching sounds of the staff crushing the bottles and the garbage. Even with the windows closed we could hear the noise. In addition we were told the outside pool was closed, only to discover upon leaving people were in fact using the facility. We were very disappointed.

Review 19：Conference room above us where there was a constant sound of furniture/chairs moving ( to be fair , thi stopped after 6.30 pm ) . Approachroad and , even worse , exit from Hotel which involved driving up a oneway road !

Review 21：We booked because of their spa/wellness facilities. However, the spa is only open in the evenings, and not on every day, so we couldn't really use the spa after all.

Review 22：The rooms are very spacious, very clean. The staff tries to be friendly, but not really in state of being able to help without consulting the management on all issues...

Review 23：I didn't know the spa was extra - €16.50 per person per sessionjust to use the pool, and there was no warning about this. I assumedthe facilities were inclusive of the price - this is what thepublicity implied.
